  I called to confirm the location exists because google shows an empty field on the map.
  I was connected to a robot and could not speak to a human being.
  Called again and initiated a call back from a person who was worse than the machine. I'll go to UPS, thanks.

  I tried to call to tell them that I received a package at the wrong address was put on hold for 42 minutes and then they disconnected me. I guess they can figure out what happened to it
