“My name is Patrick Denier, I’ve been a customer for about 3 1/2 yrs, and recently left this agent because rates were on the increase, and who doesn’t wanna save $$$, so i went elsewhere and i really did miss the talent and personal care and professionalism that Bianca showed by really doing her research in trying to save me money, so when I left I’m the one who lost. Anyway after only 3 months with a new company I received a call from Bianca around 7pm last Friday July 19th, and she explained that she was working and that Allstate has a new promo and that her and John Ghilardi wanted me back , I told my Mother about what Bianca had told me about these savings not only on my full coverage on my auto , but my Mom’s auto and the home owners insurance so i visited her at the office the next Monday and , not only was my 6 month policy cut, truly in half, but my mother’s auto full coverage dropped from a yearly rate of $1200.00 to $ 1010.00 and homeowners insurance dropped to only $276.00 yearly,, that’s because American Family was charging her all these extra that were way out of the ball park and that she didn’t need at all, she couldn’t be any happier and she also was very impressed with Biancas knowledge and professionalism and after 24 years with American Family Mom doesn’t think she’ll ever go back, can’t blame her. So John Ghilardi, it’s my opinion that you can’t afford to lose Bianca, so Bianca working long hours at times do payoff, but all work isn’t all fun.
