“I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand. I hope they stay around & your customers get to receive that same service! I also hope you all see this, thanks so much ladies!!”

“There was a guy there as cashier, the receipt says either Daniel or Gryphon (sorry I didn’t ask for his name) but there was an incident, not sure if it was actually a gun shot but there was a loud bang that happened and he quickly told everyone in the store to get to the back in the storage room. He made sure everyone was there and reassured us to not worry and everything was fine and went to go see what was happening. He was sweet overall when we were cashing out but especially during that scary time. Then he came to get us and told us we were safe to leave. This was my first time something like that happening but he handled it very well?”

“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. You can find more variety and exclusive items online and can have them shipped to your home or store near you and pick it up. “I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”
