“We went into the Orland Square location today to find an outfit for my husband for our daughter’s wedding. We were greeted by Omar, and he treated us with such kindness. He was kind, patient and so, so helpful. I had a bit of a meltdown too, and he brought me a box of tissues and took care of me. The store had an excellent selection for big and tall men and is my husbands new favorite. The store was great, but, Omar was just exceptional and made our visit truly special.”

“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”
“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“The customer service at Buckle is outstanding. I've been shopping here for years, and I have always received my questions answered, had my sizes given to me on a store memo card, and received my orders quickly. While Buckle offers many brands, I like the Buckle Black, Outpost, and Salvage brands.”
“Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”

“Went to Tilly’s just to buy a shirt. The employee Kaleb was one of the best not just employees but people I’ve ever met. He literally showed me a range of clothes and even when I did not like the fit on me, he would find another. He was so hospitable and genuinely cared about my happiness in finding something that I liked. If you see Kaleb he is the best employee there!”

“I want to leave a review for Samira, Linda, and Deana at Macy’s in Orland Park, IL because the experience was honestly top tier.
From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me most was their product knowledge. They really know their stuff — fabrics, fit, brands, what works best for certain occasions — and they explained everything in a way that made sense without overcomplicating it. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a while and actually care about what they’re recommending.
At the same time, they were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure, no pushy sales energy — just real guidance and good conversation. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always easy to find in retail.
It’s rare to come across a team that combines experience, expertise, and genuine kindness the way they do. Macy’s in Orland Park is lucky to have them.”
“This is hands down the best location in the area when it comes to men's wearhouse, I had the unfortunate of going to the one in Joliet and had a terrible experience and thankfully I went to this location and they went above and beyond to rectify it and have given me nothing but superb customer service! I have and will continue to recommend anyone I know that needs a suit or anything like that go to this location just because it was an amazing experience and I will be going there from my next custom suit also”

“I recently went to Kohls to return a microwave oven. Since it was heavy I walked into store and saw an associate named Adrian(spelling?) I asked him to get me a cart as I couldn't carry it by myself. He not only accompanied me to my car but carried the microwave up to second floor where return desk is located. Remarkable young man. Employees like him make you want to shop at your store for everything!”

“I had a great experience!!! I went 5/15/26 and had my mind on olive green full disclosure it was for a wedding the following week (5/22/26). My wife and went there without an appointment and the gentleman there was super helpful, patient, was honest about the short time frame I set for myself. I bought a great suit (brilliant blue) and my entire experience is worth redoing again. I plan to get at least a couple of more suits! You will have to find a place to hem your pants however my it was only $20 at K and G which was were we live. The gentleman also provided some location suggestions as well. I look forward to going there again”
