“We went into the Orland Square location today to find an outfit for my husband for our daughter’s wedding. We were greeted by Omar, and he treated us with such kindness. He was kind, patient and so, so helpful. I had a bit of a meltdown too, and he brought me a box of tissues and took care of me. The store had an excellent selection for big and tall men and is my husbands new favorite. The store was great, but, Omar was just exceptional and made our visit truly special.”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“The customer service at Buckle is outstanding. I've been shopping here for years, and I have always received my questions answered, had my sizes given to me on a store memo card, and received my orders quickly. While Buckle offers many brands, I like the Buckle Black, Outpost, and Salvage brands.”
“Danny is amazing! I love cups and ordered a cup that was recently released, they canceled my order online so I called this location to see if they had by in stock. Danny went above and double checked and found a cup for me. I was so grateful ☺ and the manager Aaron is also sweet and it’s a great store. I’ve been blind box pin collecting again and let me tell you! The employees are just as excited as you are when opening them! “Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”

“We had an excellent experience at Men’s Wearhouse thanks to Ahmad. He assisted me, my 9-year-old son (who is the ring bearer in an upcoming wedding), and my two nephews during a very busy time in the store.
Ahmad was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how well he engaged the kids he kept them involved by giving them small responsibilities, which made the experience smooth and even enjoyable for all of us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare.
Despite the store being busy and him assisting multiple customers at once, Ahmad never seemed overwhelmed or rushed. He remained courteous, professional, and genuinely pleasant the entire time.
He is a stellar employee and a great representation of your brand. We truly appreciated his service and would gladly return because of this experience. (Now let's hope the suit fits well) Thank you Ahmad!”
“I recently went to Kohls to return a microwave oven. Since it was heavy I walked into store and saw an associate named Adrian(spelling?) I asked him to get me a cart as I couldn't carry it by myself. He not only accompanied me to my car but carried the microwave up to second floor where return desk is located. Remarkable young man. Employees like him make you want to shop at your store for everything!”

“I had a great experience!!! I went 5/15/26 and had my mind on olive green full disclosure it was for a wedding the following week (5/22/26). My wife and went there without an appointment and the gentleman there was super helpful, patient, was honest about the short time frame I set for myself. I bought a great suit (brilliant blue) and my entire experience is worth redoing again. I plan to get at least a couple of more suits! You will have to find a place to hem your pants however my it was only $20 at K and G which was were we live. The gentleman also provided some location suggestions as well. I look forward to going there again”
