“My go to location for the self service dog wash. No issues when I went and they've improved the water pressure and dryer pressure which is essential for my fluffy poodle. Only thing the company as a whole needs to do is get an authentic oatmeal shampoo or change the name to something floral because it severally lacks any component of oatmeal”
“Not only do they have the best dog foods to offer in the area, their groomers are the bomb. My wife and I have been taking our 2 dogs here to be groomed for almost a year. Definitely better than your typical PerCo/PetSmart groomers.”

“Wonderful pet shop in the heart of Frankfort with a great selection of all natural pet food and treats. They also have a great selection of pet clothes and toys! The staff was super friendly and provided great advice and feedback on the food and treats we bought. Best part is they have a rewards program which i will be getting good use out of as i plan to make this place a regular stop for my pup.”
“I buy cat food from here, and the store is always in good, clean condition. I never see the employees just standing around, they always keep busy with restocking, tidying shelves, sweeping floors, etc. Good for you guys! They always offer help when they see me shopping too. Everyone in the retail side of the store is great”

“I experienced PETCO Grooming Salon early this year in March and have no complaints. I looked at reviews before going so I knew the groomers I wanted for my fur baby, fortunately I received one of them and she was my first choice, Donny. She did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for more and her professionalism character and patience was on point. She seems to love animals and it shows in her work. Everyone else I encountered while there were wonderful too. I just purchased another baby and will be taking them both in for grooming. You seem to have a great staff there, don’t let them get away.”
“Took my rescue maltipoo in for her first grooming today. She is a trama case from a puppy mill. Jen in the grooming department was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is super calm and patient. I was so very thankful for her today.”
“Picked up contacts next door and popped in here afterwards, and what a lovely surprise! This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!”
“Best pet store in Chicago! I've been going there for 35 years. Healthier fish than any other store in this city! Tony is alright! Everyone has a bad day sometimes! And he has been working on his feet for 8 hours! Hey lady have some compassion for him, imagine if you worked on your feet for 8 hours and he came to your job and stopped you from going home at the assigned time? How would you treat him? Next time go earlier. I think Tony's last job was a bouncer in a lounge. Lol.just kidding. I love goldens pet store and everyone in it. Tony is a hard worker, he is very helpful to Mr Golden. And he is loyal to Mr Golden. That's what matters the most! If you want healthy fish; then go to Golden's. if you don't then go somewhere else!”
“This store is top notch. They have a wide selection of healthy foods for your dog and cats. I love their raw food varieties.When I have a question, the knowledgeable staff is there to answer them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.The store is a one stop shop for all your pet needs. I can always find toys, training gear, apparel, grooming aids, supplements, and anything else I need to spoil my pets. My dog absolutely loves the fresh baked goods baked by the owner herself! “Was referred here by an associate to get help with tank repair and ended up not needing the repair I thought was necessary. So, I ended up taking a chance on buying a marine fish. Although, my wife was getting tired of losing fish we'd purchased from a store in Tinley Park and was losing interest from the hobby. I explained my dilemma to the store owner and he agreed to help me win my wife's trust back into the hobby. Let's say I haven't lost any live stock since working with him. Wife is back on board and excited to redecorate the aquarium. Thanks for the great store experience and future endeavors.”

“Went in today for the first time it’s a beautiful store! We were shopping for a bird and left with two cocktails. They are so hands on with the birds they set us up pretty good with a cage, toys and food. All the birds were beautiful the cages were clean they all seemed very happy there while waiting for home!!”
“I have been shopping at Alsip Home & Nursery for a long time. They have a large variety of plants, shrubs, trees, seeds, bulbs, fertilizers, pots, and pet food or supplies. I like how they have gardening items I need and can use it the same day. Everybody is friendly and can help me find the item I need. It is a great place to shop.”

“I love Evangers. My dog Lily responds well to this dog food. The jerky treats are perfect. Most dog treats crumble or do not break apart easily. I like that these ones can be split in half for smaller dog rewards and you can use the whole treat for a bigger reward. If you are looking for a pet treat use Evangers Pet Food. 5 stars no question.”
“If you are a truck driver delivering cans, check in beside the gated off docks at the shipping office. There's a toggle switch that has a flip up cover on it, that you flip and leave on until they open the door behind the gate to get your bills and assign a dock. Only 1 dock open between two old trailers that seem to stay in place. Fast unloading.”
“High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.”
