“This is my first time using U-Haul storage services in my experience was beyond what I could have imagine despite others peoples previous reviews. At this particular location in Markham, the general manager (Tamica) along with the cashier (Nunn) made me feel like family rather than a just a customer. The atmosphere was friendly. The store was very clean, and although they did not have the unit that I wanted available at the moment, they were still able to accommodate me temporarily until the wound that I desired will be available free of charge.”

“This location is awesome!!! I have rented a truck from the twice. The first time, there was a small inspection needed for truck so I had to wait. I dont remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but he waved the miles and gave me 10% discount. I enjoyed the truck to the fullest! My second rental was 2 weeks ago and the truck was beyond beautiful! It did great! I am going to call in a few minutes to make a reservation.”
“U-Haul can be confusing and difficult to reach by phone, but Mark at 131st and Southwest Hwy made sure we had our truck and even came out to meet us on Sunday, because he knew we were concerned about using the phone app. I know that they are the largest U-Haul agent in our area and I would highly recommend using them over a gas station or other business that has U-Haul as a side business. Great job!”

“I had gone to Home Depot to pick up materials for my basement renovation. I was fortunate enough to get Misheka Hutchins to assist me. She was very knowledgeable. She suggested two things that I would need to complete the shower bed. She reviewed my entire list with me and answered all my questions. Misheka gave such excellent service to me that when I had to go back for more supplies needed by the contractor I willing to wait until she returned from vacation. She definitely made me feel like a valued customer and made Home Depot look like the place to go to. Kudos to Misheka and Home Depot for having such a knowledgeable associate who cares about their customers.Sheila N”
