THEY ARE A 3rd PARTY VENDOR LOOKING TO SELL THEIR OWN ITEMS & SERVICES USING VERIZONS NAME.VERIZON HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR CHARGES, FEES, or “SIMPLE” SUPPLIES. ITS A BAIT & SWITCH‼️ IF YOU NEED VERIZON , GO DIRECTLY TO VERIZON IN ORLAND PARK.THIS company’s sales TACTICS are NOT ETHICAL. NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CHARGES ARE DISCLOSED. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY FEES. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY, AND THEY FLAT OUT LIE‼️I was told that as a new VERIZON customer, I was paying VERIZON for 2 months IN ADVANCE services. When receipt printed out, it said something totally DIFFERENT‼️ Once payment is submitted & receipt is printed ITS OVER‼️ YOU’RE STUCK‼️ AND VERIZON KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THEIR TRANSACTIONS. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING‼️ALSO, THEIR CUSTOMER RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT IS CRAP‼️ CALLING THEM IS A WASTE OF TIME. ENTIRE COMPANY IS UNETHICAL.SKIP THEM ALTOGETHER AND GO STRAIGHT TO VERIZON‼️ YOU’VE BEEN MADE AWARE.

JOSHUA was rude and arrogant. Barked at me, , a professional, well-dressed woman, not to break the display iPhone. I was simply looking at it. Treated me, a professional, well-dressed woman, with the utmost disrespect during most of our visit. INTERRUPTED our session to help another client, which resulted in my being late to work (I am a medical professional). We will most definitely not be returning to this particular Verizon store. I will be contacting my cousin, one of the chief executives at Verizon HQ, concerning this matter. OWNER: PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES RECEIVE PROPER TRANING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PROTOCOL.

Bait and switch. Told me iPhone 13 had promotional free. A month later Verizon billed 19.99 extr a month plus about 200$ in other fees. Stay away. It's not a Verizon store. If u ask them to fix the issue they ignore you. U are scammed and screwed. Verizon won't help. They say go back to store. Russell cellular does this for commission and screws you.

Received outstanding help from Tyler. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel that he appreciated me as a customer. Had a problem that 2 other locations had no clue. Tyler took his time and fixed my problem. Great employee.

Tyler was OUTSTANDING!! Super patient sweet kind! The nicest Verizon sales rep ever! Took pride in his work even when I came in near closing time he didn't rush me. Got everything transferred super easy no hassle! I purposely came to this location for their great reviews and I assure they are well deserved! If all locations were this helpful that would and took pride their work like Tyler that be a Verizon dream!

Trying to leave my carrier they’re too high and keep changing the bill without notice. The phone sales lady gives a different quote than those at the store at Verizon. So I don’t know whether to change or not.

Joshua and Tyler totally rock at this location. I went to buy a new iPhone and Joshua made sure I got the best value. I observed him with other customers that came in and his professionalism is something missing from consumer interactions too frequently. Not this crew. Everything was transferred to my new phone with no problems.

Horrible customer service people- didn't greet us, and we're current customers. The two men were nearly mute, like robots. Felt very unwelcome. My husband asked to get a phone case, and was told they didn't have one that fit his phone even tho they recently sold him this phone! Didn't offer to order it or help further at all. Also, my husband feels he got tricked to buy an overpriced phone which he doesn't like at all. A client should have a positive view & positive relationship with their cell phone carrier. The workers at this store were unbelievable. (Was interesting to read all the other 1 star reviews btw.)

The employee working today couldn’t even bother to get up and great me. Sat down the entire time while he lied to me about current promotions. Tried to sell me in insurance by telling me I wouldn’t get other promotions if I didn’t take it. And when I told him that wasn’t true he tried to tell me his manager was on the line and confirmed it was true ?

They flat out lie to try and get you to add insurance. They told me I would only get the trade in credit if I got insurance which after calling corporate was verified that i didn’t need to get it.

Store opens at 9am. Showed up at 9:30am to a closed store with a sign indicating they were on break and would be back at 10am. At 10:10am a gentleman walked up, took keys out, made no acknowledgement of me standing in front of the door, and walked next door to the Smoothie shop to grab packages. I held the door open for him while he unloaded his packages and was told he needed another 15 minutes to get situated. When I was finally allowed in he had to run back out to his car to get something. Needless to say, I was there for 1 hour and got nothing done. Went to the corporate office in Orland and was done in 10 minutes!
