“Had emergency issues before a trip to northern Wisconsin with the Radiator, got me right in and fixed my problem for free because the mechanic found that instead of spending 200$ to flush and fill the radiator he fixed the issue without all that. The Manager and Mechanic were fantastic people.”

So I’m not going to knock a sales person for doing their job. Additionally I’d still come here for a 2nd vehicle when that time comes.”

Service , attention to detail and patience to resolve the issue, up front with possible scenarios and reasonable price, were all aspects for which we will recommend Giovanni’s to everyone. After thousands of dollars spent at a different shop with the problem unresolved, Giovanni’s listened to their dilemma and took the time to find the issue.

My daughter was driving cross country (she's a travel Nurse - and she was coming home) and hit a pot hole - bending her rim and giving her a flat tire. When Roger got there (very quickly after her call) - he saw her on the side of the road, crying because she couldn't get in touch with us. “Quite a while ago, I unexpectedly got a flat. This was the only place I found that patched it for free and they were incredibly friendly despite technically no sale being made that day from me. This made them stick in my mind for future services.
Today, I noticed one tire was really worse for wear on tread and needing to be replaced. Not the best timing as I started maternity leave, so my income is lower than usual. Jason answered the phone quickly, and helped me find a tire that worked within my price range. He had a clear passion for his job with cheer in his voice and a commitment to helping me.
