“Where else can you find a bank that's open 7 days a week?! The service is outstanding. They always greet you when you approach and help you finish up your business quickly. What would a business be if not for their employees? They offer an overnight drop box in case you're later than 7pm on weekdays, and I belive 3pm on weekends. We were looking for a bank or my teenager to open an account. With two locations in the area, and the late hours they were perfect! Now our entire family used them.”
“It is a rarity to have such a pleasant encounter with anyone nowadays. I got to the bank in the drive-through line 3 minutes before noon. The red lights were already on to close all lanes. There was one car in front of me. I decided to wait. When I got to the window, teller 2004 was so pleasant and Extremely kind. I apologized for my lateness, I actually thought they closed at one. He said that’s OK, I’ll take care of you. His demeanor was very kind, a very comforting beautiful smile on his face during the entire transaction. I ended up giving him a $10 Panera gift card I had in my car because I was so impressed With his high-quality character. Thank you teller 2004!!!!! I hope someone shows you this Google review. “This was such a wonderful experience for my 2 year old granddaughter! Everyone was dressed festively & so warm & friendly! We had a tough time trying to keep her fingers out of her mouth (excited & nervous, first time with Santa) but the photographer & Santa were so patient & sweet with her, we finally got a smile!! ♥️. Hot chocolate with all the goodies & a toy for the children. I might just need a savings account for her at this bank, & use the photographer, too (I’ll post her name when I find it). “I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. Big bunch of cry babies giving crap reviews to lower their ratings.....close your account and move across the street”
