“I see a lot of bad reviews here which really surprises me! I’ve been using this location for many years and I’ve never had a problem. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 15-20 minutes and that’s without ever having a scheduled appointment. I always just do a walk-in.
With one exception, the staff has always been friendly and extra helpful. That one off time I could tell the lady was having a tough day and though she wasn’t friendly, she was professional.
Several times I’ve come in and had trouble giving a urine sample, but they have always been patient and understanding about this and given me plenty of time to take care of the issue.
Yesterday I was in and out in a short period of time and Shay did a wonderful job! Super friendly, very caring and the blood draw was painless! I felt some pressure, but absolutely no pain.
Also, I had my blood drawn yesterday morning around 9:15 am and my results were already posted by 7:30 am today. I’m not sure what’s going on, but if you can be a little bit patient, I definitely recommend this location!????”
“I had an intensely positive experience here when I got my preliminary bloodwork done for a bone marrow donation organization. The phlebotomist had all my paperwork (thanks NMDP for making it easy!) and was extremely kind and gentle. She explained what she was doing through the process and was very kind! We had good conversation. If you have to get your blood drawn, I recommend getting it done here.”
“This is the only Quest location I'll go to. I've had my blood drawn by Jacob and he is so gentle. If you need blood drawn but are afraid of needles, ask for Jacob!! He has great conversation and made me feel very comfortable. He deserves a raise!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
