Their ordering method (over the phone with a live person) is much faster and easier than dealing with a chatbot as well. This was my first time buying shoes at Dick’s, and Tevin completely changed the game for me. He helped me realize I’ve been wearing the wrong size for most of my life — even in the same brand! I’m getting back into the gym, and he set me up with a half-size smaller than I usually wear. The difference? I feel like a million bucks.
What really impressed me was how he managed to help at least half a dozen other customers at the same time, all while keeping the energy high. Always smiling, always friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. Tevin’s got great character, knows his stuff, and makes the shopping experience fun.
