“I broke down outside of Tuscola on I-57 at 2:30AM. I limped my vehicle in and asked at the gas station if there was a preferred mechanic in town. The lady told me Bob’s did all of her services and told me how to get there. The mechanics showed up before they opened, and I told them that I was six hours from home and needed to get back. I told them what was happening, and they immediately had some ideas of what could be wrong. They gave me an estimated time they would be able to look at it since they had an existing appointment. I waited in my car, and they got me in before the estimated time. They diagnosed the check engine light and gave me an estimate of cost and time to repair. It was very reasonable for both time and price. The mechanics were able to get me back on the road, heading home faster than I expected.”
