“I broke down outside of Tuscola on I-57 at 2:30AM. I limped my vehicle in and asked at the gas station if there was a preferred mechanic in town. The lady told me Bob’s did all of her services and told me how to get there. The mechanics showed up before they opened, and I told them that I was six hours from home and needed to get back. I told them what was happening, and they immediately had some ideas of what could be wrong. They gave me an estimated time they would be able to look at it since they had an existing appointment. I waited in my car, and they got me in before the estimated time. They diagnosed the check engine light and gave me an estimate of cost and time to repair. It was very reasonable for both time and price. The mechanics were able to get me back on the road, heading home faster than I expected.”

“Did a great install. Very professional. Communicated great. Very good price too! Did exhaust work on my BMW 535i. I’m very particular with my vehicles and would highly recommend.”
“Up front and quick to get in. The communication was the best I have seen. Prices were amazing. The service top notch. I will be taking my car to them from here on our.”
“Truly the best automotive shop there is with reasonable pricing too. These guys are so friendly and have worked on my vehicles countless times. I had a wheel fall off and disappear nearby and not only did they provide a towing service for me, they went out of their way to find the tire too. I trust them completely and recommend them over anywhere else.”
