It was good but we went thru all the work to trade my per pay phone in to find out you couldn’t even do it. I still got the phone but I believe that there should be a feature where you could trade in a per pay phone.

Still waiting to see if they can find my old phone that I mistakenly left there. I've talked to 3 different people so far and no one has found it.

Man working could not transfer data from old phone to new phone that was purchased. Seemed like he just didn't want to do it. I got the phone home and was able to recover everything myself.

This was the laziest person I’ve ever met in my life!! He never even got out of his chair. I asked him about loading my info from my old to the new phone and my gosh you would have thought I’d asked him to do my job. Hell I was paying for the transfer if he had done it but instead I drove all the way to Champaign to Verizon on prospect ave and this guy should go spend a little bit of time with those people $40 In and out in 15 with everything transferred

These indirect Verizon stores posing as Verizon are a huge scam but besides that their customer service is the most unprofessional. MIKE seems to be very knowledgeable on Verizon's services and devices, until you need to make a return or have a question about what he tacked onto your bill. Then they make you go through "real verizon" customer service. Out $348 with double the charges on my bill. Never again.
