Maybe update your store hours on here. Don’t post that you’re open until 7 pm on Saturday, but actually be closed at 4:30 pm when I arrived. ????

These indirect Verizon stores posing as Verizon are a huge scam but besides that their customer service is the most unprofessional. MIKE seems to be very knowledgeable on Verizon's services and devices, until you need to make a return or have a question about what he tacked onto your bill. Then they make you go through "real verizon" customer service. Out $348 with double the charges on my bill. Never again.

Donna rushed through helping us and ended up telling us all the wrong information... and ordered the wrong phone. Thankfully the store manager is fixing the problem. I was ready to ask for a refund and be done with Verizon but Michale made me feel better. I guess the issue is having a employee more worried about picking their kids up instead of reading through all the information. If you don't want to stay and help us then fine. But do NOT rush through everything.. the store closes at 6 not 5:23...

Was not happy with unfriendly service, and having to wait 3 hours , just for an accessory for my phone, I realize there was only 1 man working but 7 people in front of me needed phones and activation and etc.. all I was hoping for since I clearly asked nice if I could take a minute of his time while the customer he had was waiting for his phone to load, .that I only needed to buy 1 item, and I'll go. There was 2 computers, and he could have given me 1 in half minute to ring up a pop socket, and let me run my debit card through. But he sat there quiet staring at 2 phones as was the customer, I could have been in and out way before that customers phone did it full activation and loading.. but it seems like everytime I go in there, it's 1 man working, so I go to Champaign, way quicker, and their stores are fully stocked with demos, merchandise and got 2 and 3 people helping, very clean organized stores up North..not here in Tuscola.

My wife and I went to this store the end of December to upgrade our cell phones. The store manager, Mike explained what promotions were available and said that our old phones were eligible to trade-in and would save us $800 off each phone. The ordering process and activation was fine but few months later I still wasn't seeing the trade-in credit on the lines we upgraded. When I returned to the store to get the recipes from trading in our phones Mike told me he could not help and told us to drive to the Champaign to the Verizon store! I reminded Mike that we did business at this location with him and I just wanted my receipts from the devices I gave to him to trade-in when we picked up the new phones! He reiterated that the best way to get that would be to go to a Corporate Verizon Store. Disappointed about what was going on, I then told Mike I would like my devices back because there were no receipts from our devices we traded-in. He stated that trade-ins are final and cannot be returned to the customer. I told him the devices most definitely can be returned to me because I was never provided any receipts and you can't find them. He started to get into our Verizon account but ironically enough he tells me that the system was down! This place is a joke and needs new management! I really don't know what a Corporate Verizon could possibly do for me when I went to a Russell Cellular Authorized Verizon store. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon they confrimed that there was no trade-ins taken in on my account! I know my old phones were stolen by the management running this store! What was going to be a total of $620.00 had costs me $2,020.00 all because if the lack of integrity of management! I have already left Verizon after this experience! Never again! Utterly unbelievable and unacceptable! There is absolutely no team at this store! Do not waste your time or money find an actual Verizon store that can help when you need it. Worst customer service and attitude I have dealt with in a long time.

Taylor and Mike are absolutely amazing and such a joy to work with! We were in and out to upgrade our phones pretty quickly! We enjoyed the personable experience and their knowledge to help us get everything transferred is much appreciated!10/10 would recommend working with them/this specific Verizon store over all the others located in central IL. Great customer service and efficient!Did I mention they were awesome?! Because they are.
