“Great service, great work, competitive prices. We were hearing that the work on our RV might take weeks, these guys got it done in 2 days, and it’s flawless. They worked with us since we were living in it full time, so obviously it was a priority. They helped us figure out what needed to be done to fix the problem, and they didn’t fluff up the work to more than was needed like some other places we’ve been. We worked with Zach and Cesar and both were friendly and professional through every interaction. I drove an hour to get to these guys but I’ll still be using them any time I need work done in the future. Highly recommended.”

“I've purchased 6 vehicles from (old-dealership Reichert) and Woodstock the new "improved" dealership in the past three years. All the personnel are professional and courteous. The service department is wonderful (Rich is the person I usually interact with) Rich makes sure your vehicle is attended to, and every possible benefit that's available for your vehicle is applied and ensures your vehicle is flawless . Salesman Joe Stoddard, has been the one I have consistently dealt with for every purchase, and one of the reasons I have returned. Joe is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. The financial department is as good as financial portion of your purchase can get. Nicole was professional, helpful by making insightful suggestions about different possible solution's to meet your driving needs, and accurate with all of the acquisition of needed information... and before you know it you are on your way.Another wonderful staff member is Steve, he did a wonderful job of detailing my last purchase for delivery (2023 Corvette) beautiful work. The new General Manager Skip Harmon, is a straight forward and honest person that I trust and appreciate. Everyone there has been a pleasure to interact with and I will return for number 7 when it is needed. If you are looking for a Chevrolet or a Buick (#4 was a Buick Envision) look no further, this is your last change of dealers. “I cannot say enough about Adams!!! I've had a few cars fixed here and every single time amazing. The latest visit was for my daughter's car (VW Jetta) they was pretty wrecked on the bottom half. They had to use an auto shop, and themselves, to fix everything. It took quite sometime but 100% worth it! Darren sent me text msg almost daily to keep me posted in the progress and the gal at the desk was so nice every time my daughter called to check on her car (she lives in Michigan and was living the no car life). The car is beautiful! You couldn't see the damage so pictures will never do it justice. When my BMW was there, years ago, equally ad pristine!! 10 out of 10 every time!!!”

“I first contacted Route 14 Auto Parts in search of a rear glass for my older model Honda CRV. I was very lucky that they had one in stock. They pulled the window for me and were able to schedule me for an installation the same week. The installer did a great job with the installation and gave me great directions on how to care for it for the first 24 hours to ensure that it sets in place. Highly recommended.
