“Radek did a wonderful job fixing my son’s car after he had an accident in a parking lot. Being a single mom and dealing with this for the first time I had no idea what to do and Radek sat with me, my son and the other party and helped us call the insurance company and guided us through the whole process. My son’s car looks brand new. Radek also went above and beyond and noticed the passenger side mirror needed fixing and painting and fixed that for us too without me even mentioning anything about that to him. “The drive thru pickup needs some attention. I pulled up, no one was there and there was no number to call or directions on how to notify them that you were there. After 4 additional cars pulled up behind me, I had to google their store number and alert the customer service guy that I was there. He also was unsure of whobto contact (in his defense, he seemed new and was very pleasant and helpful), eventually he contacted the warehouse and someone came out. From there it went well. My feedback would be to have a better system for pick ups. Everything else was good.”
