“Came here to get an estimate for some scratches to be buffed out on my less than 2 year old car. Dariuz was super helpful in explaining how they would take of the scratches, what the outcome would be and when I could return. I came in today and was shocked at how awesome it turned out. I couldn’t even remember where the scratches were. Will definitely be back if I have any future needs.”

“I've purchased 6 vehicles from (old-dealership Reichert) and Woodstock the new "improved" dealership in the past three years. All the personnel are professional and courteous. The service department is wonderful (Rich is the person I usually interact with) Rich makes sure your vehicle is attended to, and every possible benefit that's available for your vehicle is applied and ensures your vehicle is flawless . Salesman Joe Stoddard, has been the one I have consistently dealt with for every purchase, and one of the reasons I have returned. Joe is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. The financial department is as good as financial portion of your purchase can get. Nicole was professional, helpful by making insightful suggestions about different possible solution's to meet your driving needs, and accurate with all of the acquisition of needed information... and before you know it you are on your way.Another wonderful staff member is Steve, he did a wonderful job of detailing my last purchase for delivery (2023 Corvette) beautiful work. The new General Manager Skip Harmon, is a straight forward and honest person that I trust and appreciate. Everyone there has been a pleasure to interact with and I will return for number 7 when it is needed. If you are looking for a Chevrolet or a Buick (#4 was a Buick Envision) look no further, this is your last change of dealers. If they ever give me a reason to go to a different dealership....I'm GONE, but I REALLY DOUBT that will ever happen with this thoughtful group. Glad I stumbled in years ago.”

“Sad to see a wonderful and personable company go down, but unfortunately that's a reality with all the big businesses.... they run the small guys out.Hopefully the great family that ran the business for many years are able to find bliss in knowing they provided options for customers that had nowhere else to turn. Thanks for the years of great service.”

“The drive thru pickup needs some attention. I pulled up, no one was there and there was no number to call or directions on how to notify them that you were there. After 4 additional cars pulled up behind me, I had to google their store number and alert the customer service guy that I was there. He also was unsure of whobto contact (in his defense, he seemed new and was very pleasant and helpful), eventually he contacted the warehouse and someone came out. From there it went well. My feedback would be to have a better system for pick ups. Everything else was good.”

“I just inherited my elderly father's car and on a whim took it in to see if they can give me an estimate for some damage on the car. First, I was greeted by two of the cutest black dogs and then I met Shawn. He not only looked at the vehicle and gave my an unofficial estimate but he helped me immediately on some of the damage. He was professional and explained my options. I'm so grateful for this man on his help today. Woodstock Auto Body & Glass has officially gained me as client. Thank you so much for you help today Shawn!”
