The associates have always been very professional, helpful and pleasant. When you enter the lobby, someone always greats you and is willing to guide you to whatever you need to accomplish. I have been banking with them since moving to Woodstock 7 years ago and no matter what concern I have they are most patient and helpful. Love this bank.”

“Can I just say how much I love Prairie Community Bank. On Wednesday evening someone tried to make a prior authorization on my debit card and the fraud department caught it right away. Within 15 to 20 minutes they called me and when I said it wasn't me they deactivated me card and refused payment. The name of the place was Emily Skye Fit. I am so grateful that they are on top of things like this!!!”
