“I was impressed by being able to actually talk and see people in person at Advia in Woodstock and Crystal Lake. People there are very friendly and it felt more like the banking experinces I had in childhood. That's just what I was looking for! In the digital age, we are losing the very ingredient that keeps the connection going strong. I'm glad that at Advia at least, we can continue to enjoy past experiences that involve 1 to 1 encounters and engagement with other people.”

“I don't usually post on yelp but saw the low star rating for American Community and thought I should post. This bank is just wonderful. The associates have always been very professional, helpful and pleasant. When you enter the lobby, someone always greats you and is willing to guide you to whatever you need to accomplish. I have been banking with them since moving to Woodstock 7 years ago and no matter what concern I have they are most patient and helpful. Love this bank.”

“I can't believe this location has such low reviews. I have never had any major issues with this branch and the tellers are always friendly.
