“I accidentally put our city water bill in a blue USPS mailbox instead of the City Hall box. A very helpful employee at the Genoa post office took my name and number and then went through the mail after it was collected from the box and found my water bill! She even offered to look up the address and mail it for me and I’d just “owe” her the postage on my next visit. I picked it up but still - above and beyond service!”

“Today I called the local # for the Marengo PO & spoke with Ann(I think). Very helpful, very nice & totally assertive. There has never been a bad call into this particular PO but she really made me feel like she would do what was within her power at that moment to help me with whatever I needed regarding my package that was in transit. That's how I was taught to ensure good customer service and she was everything that I would expect from a USPS CSR!!! For the first time in a long time I can say I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!!!
