“Smith apartment is the best landlord in Champaign Urbana. They are very easy to communicated with and even willing to go out of their way to help you with. I have some problem with my rent paymnet once, and when I finally payed my rent it was two month late, they did not charge anything extra at all. The maintainence crews are also amazing and response quickly to calls.”
