“I wold like to share my experience with Box Drop and the owner, Sean. I had visited other mattress store before, and know the price for mattress and regular delivery policy. So I am curious about this appointment only store and the same day delivery. I called on a Sunday afternoon when we just arrived at Champaign, IL, I got an appointment at 5pm. Sean is very kind, patient and knowledgeable, he helped us select the best firm Mattress suitable for my son, he also has Mattress cover and bed frame in stock. He give us huge discount, also promise deliver the bed and frame free for us to the apartment next day once we get the key for the apartment. We can't image what kind of person he is! When we just help my son's move-in on Monday morning, Sean already drove his truck and showed up in front of our building. The 14 inches mattress and bed frame together just make the right height for a bed. And the mattresses is very support and comfortable. Like this shopping experience and would like to recommend it to others.”
