“Best experience buying a bed with Ashley at Mattress Firm. The whole team was knowledgeable and very customer friendly with no high pressure selling tactics. I tried many mattresses within my 2 visits, went to others stores as well. Hands down, Mattress Firm was the best! I ended up buying a DreamCloud PressureSmart and upgrading the base and I am very happy with my purchase! Ashley went above and beyond when asked to fix something small that was missed on delivery! Thanks Mattress Firm!!!”

“Jenn was very knowledgeable and gave us time to look at what was available and was not pushy. We were needing something quickly and we found something that we really liked and delivery was only 1 week compared to 8-10 weeks”

“Got a king size adjustable bed from them. When it came in, we weren't able to be home. They went out of their way to deliver it that night personally, due to not having an available delivery that late. Definitely a 5 plus star experience. It sure speaks a lot about the people here, to take time away from his own family. I believe his name was Devin. Sleeping great, thank you!!!!!!”

“Went to sleep number store 11130 in Champaign Illinois on 8/25/26 just browsing not intending to purchase a bed that night. Immediately upon entering Tre was warm and friendly and asked how he could help us. My gf and I did the usual oh we are just looking not sure what we are wanting. We went to the store close to closing time Tre not only stayed open late to show us the models he had but was so knowledgeable and to be honest a damn goood salesman that we ended up buying the premier flagship model smart bed that night! Again Tre went above and beyond to stay late to fill out all the paper work. I would recommend his service to anyone in need or just curious about the latest and best in sleep technology but not only smart beds! If you are wanting any type of bed you should most definitely go use his vast pool of experience to help you find exactly what you need to get the best nights sleep you have ever had! I would give him 10 out of 10, 5 stars I could go on all night but I want to sleep in my new bed! If you are even just thinking about getting a new bed you must go see him at the Prospect location. He has a vast knowledge base and his willingness to stay open late just to let us look at his inventory convinced us to purchase the bed of our dreams. Tre Coleman is the man I would recommend him to anyone anytime! Purchased the sleep number 360 smart bed system with adjustable base.”
