“We visited last Saturday May 2, 2026. Purpose of our visit was to learn if they could repair our son's manual wheelchair brakes and possibly replace the tires and seat cushion. We were assisted by Luke W, a technicion who happened to be working that day. The salesperson was busy with another customer. Luke was welcoming, discussed our needs and made adjustments to the brakes while we waited. We weren't expecting this level of service and was very pleased. He took the measurements for the seat cushion and followed up promptly with a quote on Monday which we executed. The wheelchair tires did not need replacing at this time. We are very happy, excited and thankful for this company serving our community. Luke W. made all the difference in our experience.”
