He knew exactly what I needed to fill in and cover up holes and get the exact matching paint. He even went out of his way to help me save money, did research and called another store even. In a time where all I get are bots and AI customer service, no Google search or social media video could have provided me with the answers to my questions and add extra advice the way this staff did. I thanked the staff, but I did not tell them why it made my day so much. I had just left Home Depot and had a very negative racist experience with their staff. She was so kind and extremely helpful, and was sure to tell me all about the paint sample that I was bringing home with me. I returned the next day to buy a whole gallon!”
