I’ve never rented a UHaul truck or towed a trailer before. (I’ve never even used ratchet straps!) The owner/manager at my local UHaul was patient, kind, and so helpful to guide me through the process. The staff behind the counter and who work in the lot with pick up & returns were also wonderful.

Staff was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed and being very accommodating. Good service goes a long way and we'll continue to use this location for our U-Haul needs.
