My experience with Volo Internet has been great. They're just as good & experience the same ups & downs as other carriers..outages, lag time, etc..overall, they've remained consistent, and price wise, still excellent!

Internet speed and reliability is great. However, after having service four months, they just sent a Service Agreement form to sign that contained a section stating that I agree to a $600 installation charge. Watch out for oddities in the paperwork they send.

Love Volo - great service, great tech support, great internet. Wish they were more widespread so my friends in Champaign could get it. Keep up the good work!
