The absolute worst. U have two facilities next to each other and corporate yet u have almost no signage on where the ATM is and when directed there some idiot moving slower than time has it blocked off and looks at me like I'm stupid and says it will be a few minutes. Do that when the bran h is open not right after it closes and I have no option to make a deposit. Ridiculous

Can you give zero stars? I applied for an auto loan with this company and was approved. Then I tried to create an account with this company as you need to do in order to get the loan. I sent in pay stubs, my ss card, and a license. Two days later I got an email saying I was denied. After digging for multiple days, I found out that my documents could not be authenticated. No one was able to tell me what that exactly meant, but after another 2-3 days, I found out that it doesn't matter because I am not eligible to get an account with them. I have a passport, ID, credit cards, birth certificate, and a SS card, but I'm not allowed to have an account with them?! What a joke. Don't waste your time with this company. The only good part was Victoria, who was going to be loan officer. She was responsive and helpful, but she couldn't do much in this regard...

Unqualified narrow thinking bureaucrats, doing mindless work.
My Zelle deposit has been hold with no reason for days, waiting for a specialist to approve it. (Specialist?!) What make them thing that they can play with customer funds??? Stay away from this organization unless you will spend hours on the phone with brainless customer service.

Beware. I have been a member for nearly 40 years & maintained a home equity line of credit for 30 years. Just learned that Baxter is charging $500 to open a loan, even if your don't use it. I wasted 2 + hours completing the initial application & talking with the Mortgage Rep before learning & I canceled my request... :(

Horrible, good luck getting an answer after 4:15 even though they close at 5pm they answer and hang up on you. This is my 5th attempt I was on hold for 25 minutes only get answers and hung up on.
No wonder you guys have 3 star reviews big banks are way better.

Please do not do business here bad management, really bad credit Union my boyfriend has fraud on his account about $40,000 and they did not reimburse himThe money back be careful banking with them

I am so glad we have BCU. I have 3 car loans and 1 personal loan. All I can say is the transactions went smooth for my purchases and refinance. Jonathan went above and beyond to close my deals in 48 hrs or less. Fast pre approvals fast response. He was always polite and efficient. I just wish they had more branches

RUN UNLESS YOU DONT MIND NOT KNOWING HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE!!!!!!. wish I could give zero stars. i was referred to this credit union by my partner. my chime account was more accurate. it takes up to a week sometimes for things to show pending on my account. STAY AWAY AND FAR AWAY. I've only been a costumer for about 3 months and I HATE IT. I will be canceling my account. no wonder this is a 2 star company..

I've been a member of BCU since 1984. We've enjoyed checking and savings services as well as credit cards. We had our home mortgage with them until we paid it off (yea!) and have had 2-3 home equity loans. My reason for writing this review today is to rejoice that once again BCU has made our lives very easy. Our HELOC was expiring 3/31/2024 and I was dreading having to refinance it and pay points, and/or shop around for another. On 1/9, I received an email with DocuSign links stating that we'd been approved for a 5 year extension on our HELOC and all we needed to do was sign the form. What??? We signed and sent it back. I called BCU this morning 1/12 to inquire of the status, and was told that the loan has been extended until 3/31/2029 and it's all done. Incredible! WE LOVE BCU!!

Sandra was extremely helpful and nice. She was knowledgeable and intelligent. She willingly explained a confusing process to me without arrogance. I've been a director of HR for years. Sandra is a valuable employee.

the fact we have to at least give it 1 star disgust me ! this bank will get you it should be named "bcu broke causeof us" !! trial and quick error it hasn't even been a week and i closed my account id rather trust the nearest homeless man with my money ! if you over draft $1 your gonna be charged $29 more no matter what you over draft its gonna be -$29 added when i go buy something the money doesnt come off my card right away so youll get excited thinking you have money then the next day its gone and it throws you off i went from -60 to -$200+ because of their fees run if you can
