losing confidence in this institution. Past 6mos lots of issues with card being denied for various invalid reasons, including during travel despite securing a travel alert. Be aware to not just count on this card!

Ive had a bcu credit card for 20+ years and I applied for another bcu credit card. I gave them personal and business financial info. They declined me. Note that they have my flawless payment history for 20+ years! Horrible company.They resolved the issue immediately. Im very pleased!
