Drove here from northbrook court they had claires closed must be short staffed but i’m glad I did Astrid the store manager was amazing friendly knowledgeable I was getting a cartilage piercing I once had it but then it started to act up took it off she did an awesome job I had a great experience

Came in to get a piercing for my friend. Madison was amazing! Super helpful and friendly, managed to handle two piercings and a full store. 10/10 would come back for more! Good help is hard to find but Madison is it! 5 stars!
