Do not waste your time on their little to nothing service. I place an order and during the order, the website "corrects" and auto populates the full address and zip code, and it populated an incorrect zip code. It wasn't caught until I called fedex and they told me the company had to call and fix their mistake. I called the company 3 times and after explaining to each agent the issue, they literally hung up. It wasn't until the fourth phone call that someone actually answered and seemed concerned about my issues. Or so I thought. She calls fedex, then informs me that shes not allowed to change the zip because its been costing the company a lot of money to keep changing zip codes. That right there told me that they do this to a lot of customers to the point where they had to limit access. Then she says, we can place another order. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Wouldn't offer a refund because the items were still at fedex. So again, don't waste your time or money because nothing good will come.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Normally bad customer service involves some sort of interaction, but Cole-Parmer manages to do that by simply not responding to ANY form of communication. It's a miracle that this company is still in business.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Avoid ordering anything from them if you can, and if you do, cross your fingers everything goes as expected.

Total delay in delivery dates, every time I consult they postpone the dispatch, they never answer an email, they have charged me more than $1,500.00 USD and the fact that they do not answer an email leaves a lot to be desired

Where do you start with this company? Purchased a faulty heat treat oven $5000.00 +. It was bad out of the box. Tried to get some sort of resolution. Day after day since the 17th of February. Today is the 23rd and finally tried to call on hold for 40 minutes. This is the worst customer service I ever had to deal with in my 40 years in this business. Never again!!.

Shipping is slow, they randomly put things on hold, limited or no in depth equipment instructions, unorganized, etc.We have pay extra for shipping and still receive it a week later
