This storage experience has been rough. I signed up for a 10x10 unit, and when I came to move in (after office hours), the unit was only 5x10. It wasn’t until several stressful hours of trying to maximize vertical space that I realized they had also provided the 5x10 unit next door to make up for the size discrepancy; a heads up would have made that night so much easier! Other than the constant rate hikes which seem to be an unfortunate industry standard, I had a traumatic move out experience when I realized that all of my stuff had been rodent and water damaged. I had ZERO food in my unit, but because the roof had a leak that provided water, mice decided to make a home in my stuff. That said, Kevin who works at their office has been wonderful. I’m sure I would be leaving at least 4 stars had the damages not occurred. PAY FOR THE EXTRA INSURANCE!

I’ve recently moved back to the area and have a small amount of items I don’t want to keep in the house, so started looking at a few local storage facilities. I chose Extra Space because their prices were much better for the unit I needed-and an extra bonus was Bill in the office, he’s very nice, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions and help me get the app setup.
Awesome experience as I got started, easy entry / gate opening within the app, and cost effective for what I was looking for. I’m so glad I chose Extra Space, and encourage you to check them out online for deals. They’ll save you money when you book online, but then also go inside to meet Bill when you need a little help and a smile!
