We love our JC Penney! Good selection at decent prices. Have been going to the hair salon for a long time. And they always have plenty of retro t shirts for sale. Would rather buy clothes in a real store vs online returning it a million times cuz it doesn't fit. Give Penney's a try!

I walked up first, and this guy put me to the end of a line with multiple full basket customers going first. It was very rude and I recommend going elsewhere to spend your time and money.

Visited the window covering area for a consultation on solar roller shades. We encountered some of the most helpful team members who provided outstanding customer service, in this day and age where customer service has declined, Rhonda and Rick were amazing ?? Kudos for still delivering the art of service.

Attendant in the store explained that a product was spread all over the store depending on brand but came back one minute later and had found the specific item for which we were looking... completely nailed it.

I was shopping for snow boots. The choices were limited and the quality of shoes was not all that great. Seems like JCP is also doing mostly online sales. The store was almost empty on a Saturday afternoon.
