“It's a bit of a mess in this Super Target (recovering from Black Friday I guess). I could not find any holiday tablecloths. A Target team member directed me to the area and I later found a few vinyl ones in the Magnolia section but they were too small. The store is pretty quiet now and I found the ginormous candy bars for my white elephant exchange! Lots of candy, feathery friends, so many gingerbread houses (even a Target one - how meta!), and plenty of ornaments, etc.”

“Waited 20 minutes just to be told to call a number. No effort of providing information aside from just the phone number. Ozzie literally said he doesn't know anything. Complete waste of company resources to have a brick and mortar store if its sole purpose is to just call a number.”

“Thousands of mile from home and in dire need of a laptop! Walked in and found an associate that knew exactly what I needed. Omer was super knowledgeable and helped me in understanding and with completing my purchase. Super nice. I really appreciate his attitude and atmosphere he presented himself with. If I'm ever going to be back in this area I hope to see him in a management position leading others!”

“I went to the store thinking it would take a long time to get service. Karla the manager met us right away. She asked why we came and after telling her she explained our options and impacts which was very helpful. She estimated the wait time and happily it was less. The best part was she and one of the assistants Edwin went above and beyond assisting me by explaining features and functions on my phone and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this store under Karla's management.”

“We were looking for a new printer. The store was very busy on Labor Day. Yet David treated us like we were the only people in the store. He took about 20 minutes to walk us through the latest improvements and figure out what was important to us. We ended up buying a top of the line Epson mostly due to his knowledge about each printer. Then he carried the box to the checkout, went and got us a cart and notified security so we were expected at the door. I'd say that is a five star employee.”

The staff were helpful but you could tell that the answer they give more than not is, sorry we don't have anything in stock but we can help you order it online. I really like Best Buy and I hope it sticks around. I hope they find some new ways of getting us back in the stores and getting us back to physically checking out technology instead of just trusting your favorite YouTuber.”
