“After creating an account I set up next day an appointment for bloodwork... I was promptly checked in electronically and asked to get in the lab. The nurse was polite, checked the personal info, drew the blood, and asked me to pay. I was done in a few minutes. My results were available after 48 hours, as I was advised. The next step is to send the results to the doctor who ordered the test. Hope this will be done in the timely manner, too. I have been a QD patient for a while, and still will be keeping to work with them.”

Why do people think they should get health care free? $250 for a sleep study that you can do in the comfort of your own home or $2,000 in a sleep lab, which would you prefer? “I'm not sure of the name of the Phlebotmist I had, but she went above and beyond explaining all of my questions. My question was what is covered and/or if any part of the blood draw is billed to a third party provider as well as if any part of my labs that were drawn were not covered. She was so nice and so professional as well as so easy to talk to. I'm thankful Quest has such a nice and caring staff! Thank you!!”
“Was paying $120 a bottle with insurance.but once I got approved for your program price is now $55 . Thank you Abbvie for looking out for consumers . I was thinking of trying a generic but now I don’t have to and can keep taking the quality Synthroid I’ve been using for yrs”

“I went to the facility to get labs for the first time right when it is opened in the morning. The facility itself is beautiful and very welcoming. I went to the welcome desk as I had no idea where to go or what to do. The woman behind the desk was so kind. She checked me in immediately. Another really nice woman registered me and got me in immediately at the lab. While the techs in the lab werent SUPER friendly, they were efficient and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location for services. I would try to go early as it got very busy even just 30 minutes after I got there.”

“June 2024. Came in for a work pre-employment drug screening. Everyone in the office was friendly, people were in and out in less than 15 minutes, maybe a 10 minute wait for 4 others in front of me in line. wish i could come here for every screening i needed because everyone was so polite. of course everyones experience is different, but it was nothing like the negative reviews. no appointment, just a 2 minute digital check in, an ID check and test in less than 15 minutes for me. and for the others who were in front and came after me.”

“I have to agree that my experience here was really easy. In and out, the staff was nice, no issues. I've actually had some less than favorable experience at other labs where it is super crowded and you have to wait around forever until it's your turn. Not here....thank goodness, in a way, that the labs in my doctor's facility were not "in network" for my medical insurance plan. They referred me here and it worked out so well. It literally was a 5 minute stop (in and out) on my way home! This will be my "go to" lab from now on!”
