“I went to the facility to get labs for the first time right when it is opened in the morning. The facility itself is beautiful and very welcoming. I went to the welcome desk as I had no idea where to go or what to do. The woman behind the desk was so kind. She checked me in immediately. Another really nice woman registered me and got me in immediately at the lab. While the techs in the lab werent SUPER friendly, they were efficient and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location for services. I would try to go early as it got very busy even just 30 minutes after I got there.”
“Nurse Dale was very kind, and of course we were polite as well. This was just a routine blood draw, but it honestly felt like the best needle experience I’ve ever had. She was extremely gentle — I barely felt the needle at all. A few hours later, when I removed the bandage, there was no visible mark or bleeding, which was really impressive.
Of course, I don’t want to put any pressure on her — Dale is great, but every patient is different, and not every experience will be the same. I just couldn’t help but say thank you. Hope to see you again next time!

The woman at the front desk was very meticulous and ensuring that the proper paperwork and files were all set to go. When we were done, I paid for the blood draw, and she carefully explained the charge and put all my paperwork together and stapled it for me.”
