“It was easy to schedule my appointment online, and when I called with a question, it was answered quickly and professionally. When I went for my appointment, the technician was friendly and ready for me. I'm a "hard stick", but she put me at ease and got the vein on the first try. The process was quick and easy. I won't hesitate to use ARCpoint Labs of Schaumburg when I need a refill of my serum tear eye drops.”

“No appointment needed! We are from Vancouver, Canada and getting PCR and antigen Covid test was very easy. The gentleman who helped us was very nice. We got the antigen results in 20 mins. and within 30 hours on February 10, we received the PCR test and both were free! Thank you so much! You made our visit to our family wonderful! We very much appreciated your kindness and upfront service! Highly recommended!”

“Don’t understand the negative reviews. Why do people think they should get health care free? $250 for a sleep study that you can do in the comfort of your own home or $2,000 in a sleep lab, which would you prefer? Great company, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study.”

“Had the pleasure of working with Savannah from DHA labs this past March. She very patiently explained the testing procedures for multiple tests and assisted with our very complicated needs. We are from Hawaii but had the test kits mailed to a relative in Washington state, where we completed the testing (we flew over). The logistics were mind boggling and were complicated by our short stay and problems with the "overnight shipping" that ended up being "four-day shipping" due to weather delays on the East Coast. Savannah kept abreast of our situation and provided alternate options and much needed reassurance that our needs would be met. All was well in the end as a result of Savannah's support. Her customer service was top notch and noteworthy!”

“I have to agree that my experience here was really easy. In and out, the staff was nice, no issues. I've actually had some less than favorable experience at other labs where it is super crowded and you have to wait around forever until it's your turn. Not here....thank goodness, in a way, that the labs in my doctor's facility were not "in network" for my medical insurance plan. They referred me here and it worked out so well. It literally was a 5 minute stop (in and out) on my way home! This will be my "go to" lab from now on!”

“Ascension/Saint Alexius/Amita Outpatient Center is a convenient place to get Physical Therapy and imaging tests done. I had my intake for physical therapy sessions with Ricky. He was very friendly and thorough asking many questions to assess if I had muscle, nerve damage or worse. Erwin is a great coach in getting your sessions in too! The center was great about scheduling future sessions thereafter that met my needs. They even provided a print out of all of the session dates and times which was very helpful vs me trying to add them all down on my calendar in one go! They have many exercise machines to meet the needs of whatever you're going there for. Easy in and out appointments!”

“I had an appointment and was taken 5 minutes early. I gave the doctor's order to Melissa, she looked up the tests on a computer and a few minutes later my blood was taken. She had a great touch, I hardly felt the needle and was on the way out the door in a minute..”

“On October 6th, 2014 I walked into Northwest Oncology and met with Dr. Bruce Bank. He diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer that metastasized to the bone and stated that there is no known cure for bone cancer, but there is hope to slow it and when I asked him if I was going to die, he told me that he wasn't preparing me for a casket. In the days that followed i sat down with a friend of a friend who was battling Breast Cancer as well and asked her how do I pick a doctor, her response, "Find someone who is capable of making you believe you are capable of living because you will die with them." Ultimately I would meet with another oncologist at a top rated hospital to get the second opinion just to put my mind at ease and the treatment method came back as the same. I decided to stay with Northwest Oncology for treatment because my Oncologist and his staff made me believe that I was capable of living with cancer, which is ultimately what I am doing because there is no known cure. To my Oncologist, I'm not just a number, I am a person and I matter. Most people dread going to the oncologist, I love it because while these people see the worst of the worst, they smile at you, remember your name and they treat you like your human. When things don't feel right, they take me serious and their goal is to keep you living as long as possible. I can be honest with my Oncologist knowing that he won't make me feel like it's nothing. Everything I say is heard and it's amazing to know that no matter what happens, he's always got my back. This being said, a year ago I could barely walk and my family, friends, and employer were afraid of losing me. A year later, I'm walking normally, living in my dream home that I purchased a day before I hit 8 months of diagnosis and LIVING with cancer. Cancer tried to stop me, but thanks to Dr. Bruce Bank and his amazing team, we've found the solutions to the problems that have made living with cancer easier. Lastly, there is also this misconception about where you get treated and that some locations aren't as good as others. I'm here to put that to rest with Northwest Oncology. While it's Northwest Oncology, don't let the name fool you, the Oncologists communicate with multiple hospitals. For example: my Oncologist communicates with Oncologists from Loyola, to Northwestern, to UIC, etc. The Oncologists at Northwest Oncology are constantly looking for new treatments to help their patients. I've never seen a group of doctors so motivated to help their patients live than I have here. These Doctors are always going to conferences, learning about new drugs, speaking with companies that create the drugs needed for cancer patients. They are always keeping an eye out for studies that may better assist patients. So please remember that you can't judge a book simply by it's name because if you do, you may be missing the best part of what is in the pages.”

“I've been going to Quest for bloodwork for a few years now. Once again, another great experience. Pavlinka was friendly, professional and painless. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank You Pavlinka!!!”

“The local Walmart on Lake Cook Rd., is my favorite low-cost option for all of my household staples. The store is well-staffed, clean, and I know I'm getting better prices than the nearby target. When I once had an issue with double swiping an item at checkout, it was quickly resolved at the customer service desk. And during the pandemic, their pick up service was flawless. I can't think of anything to criticize at this location.”

“I went to the Elk Grove location twice, and they were really nice and helpful. First time we got PCR results in about 20 hours. Second time (today) I walked 25 minutes there in the cold weather with my young son and then realised I had forgotten my phone (needed to register). The woman working went out of her way to help us so that we could still use the test, which was really nice.”

“I’m leaving 3 bc of how hard it is to find where to be if you’ve never been here before. Got door right after check in took like 15 mins to load.Usually don’t leave reviews but figured I’d help the next person out to be able to find this place easier than I did.Coming from 94 on Buckley rd it’s the first light before waukegan(43). You make a right and use the left entrance lane. (I’m at ap5 so yours may be different) follow road around stay right at stop sign you when you see 5 north dock shipping/receiving (DONT TURN IN) pull straight pass sign park just before docks on left and check in is on other side of dock. You’ll need license, trailer number, and license plate number. This is a high value load”

“Went to Quest again for more lab work. As they say, three times the charm? I did contact Quest ahead of time to let them know about the horrific experience I had with one of their techs. Charna called me back and assured me that she will discuss with the tech and make sure that doesn't happen again (see my prior review). I let Charna know when I was scheduled to come in again and she made sure to let the tech know to help me (especially with small and hidden veins). My tech today was great! She said she talked to Charna and was so apologetic that I had a horrible experience last time even though it wasn't even her. She took her time to find my teeny tiny shy veins and was able to get it on the first try with a little work with no pain or bruising. Really appreciate the care and attention.”
