“I went to Staples to return an Amazon purchase, and while there found a great deal on printer paper. The clerk was very helpful to me in processing the return, and choosing the right paper. He was very patient while I figured out what I wanted to purchase, and friendly in the process.”
“I want to give a special shout-out to Shakena! She had solid communication and made my online order to collection seamless! This location is always polite, efficient and convenient! The materials printed and laminated were great quality and allowed me to cut and customize later at home. I sent this order in yesterday and it was ready this morning. Shakena gave me a call to let me know everything was set for me to pick up at my convenience. Thank you!”
“I shop here once every couple of months, and use the UPS counter as well. I had a great experience here on 12/26/2022. A shout-out to Asa for being a great Cashier. I'll definitely come back here soon the next time I need supplies.”
“Andy was so friendly and showed me a refresher on how to use the paper cutter since it had been a while! Very grateful for the kind and enthusiastic staff here :)”

“Have been working with LiVe Logistics for around 1.5 years now and all I can say is that their team is amazing. Alex Cruz in Carrier Sales and Joe Botten with the Flatbed Team are super warm and professional. Always offer really fair rates for our HS fleet. Tracking Team is easy to talk to and Flatbed Team goes above and beyond to help out with any problems at shipping/receiving. I can see our relationship only blossoming within upcoming years of work together!”

“The UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is my go to for all of my shipping, printing, invitation and thank you card design needs! Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. Thank you for all of your wonderful service over these years!”
