Jessica was amazing so knowledgeable. She took her time with us didn’t try to push us into anything. She was really good. Sleep number is lucky to have her. I am going to refer everyone to her. I bought this bed because of her.

Extremely rude staff! Today, I visited this Sleep Number store in Vernon Hills, hoping to check out mattress models. Unfortunately, the salesperson, Matt, seemed disinterested and questioned my reason for choosing the store. He showed me one model, and when I inquired about the specific model, he dismissively stated they only had a similar one but not the model I was looking for. As they don't have a specific one I need, I told him I might return after checking out other stores, and he questioned why I would look elsewhere considering their high prices. (High prices cannot guarantee it's the best product, it depends on comfort or customer needs.) His tone and lack of effort made me feel unwelcome and pressured. Focusing on a positive and informative customer experience would be beneficial. As a first-time visitor, I left feeling discouraged and opted to explore other options.

Staff is amazing, very thorough in the explanations of all the features for every model of sleep beds available. Great customer service and attempts to upsale the more expensive model. We originally purchased the cal king and after re-measuring at ho.e, called the next day to change to order to an Eastern king. The customer service rep (Dee) did not disappoint with the service provided. Delivery day, the technicians were personable, professional and respectful of our home. Our overall experience in the process was amazing! Unbelievable deal, top notch customer experience, i360 first nights sleep = priceless.Huge kudos to the entire Sleep Number crew: Matt, Jessica, Dee and David + 2nd installer!The Paiges'

Have a fabulous experience with both Jessica and Matthew. They were patient, informative, and helpful when a small issue arose with delivery thinking outside the box to make sure we were taken care of in a matter of an hour. HIGHLY recommend!! Cannot wait to use our new bed!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Be ready for a lengthy process in selecting a mattress. But we found the salesperson to be honest in recommending the right mattress for us.

I'd never been to a Sleep Number store. Jessica and Matt were very helpful. She did the study to show what comfort level my husband and I would be most comfortable. Jessica answered all of our questions. She was very patient. I wrote everything down. She allowed me to use her highlighters to color code everything. I came back the following day and purchased a bed along with sheets and pillows. Thank you Jessica and Matt!

everything was great when Matt called. the very next day (just a little over two weeks of having the bed) it was completely deflated defective and useless. we had to wait two days for customer service and now two MORE days for overnight. I asked if anything can be done for a$6500 bed we purchased we can't use for four nights and they offered me sheets. NO THANKS. I already purchased your sandpaper sheets. worthless telling me to call customer service is a joke. I did that and got NOWHERE. but thanks Chris V for nothing. I've formally filed a complaint with the BBB. Case number 18400653

Jessica is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the sleep number products. She was patient while we tried multiple mattresses and pillows and worked hard to help us find the best fit for us.

Omg!! All I can simply say is the customer service and finding out perks with having a sleep number I wouldn't have known without Matt & Jess! Their amazing and so friendly! Sweet! And compassionate at their jobs and follow ups to even let u know! I wish to Goddddd I had brought my bed from there location! If I could give more stars I would! Their simply the best at everything! From conversation to letting u know about prizes and even willing to help if theirs any issues with product! Simply 10 out of 10! I wish them nothing but blessings and to continue being upbeat and actually knowing what it means to offer Great customer care/services! They are now my go to location, that I will be attending from now on!

UPDATE: As of 3-7-2022 I am updating this review and reducing it by another star. This is the reason why. After seeing the reply to my review from what I assumed is Sleep Number corporate Well, after another 1 1/2 hours of being on hold and talking to customer care and being transferred to a Customer Escalation Specialist I was told the same thing. MILITARY DISCOUNT IS NOT OFFERED BY SLEEP NUMBER. Apparently, they only have a military appreciation week that in which that was communicated by the specialist I spoke with. This has been a horrible purchase experience overall. I will give kudos to the store itself. Our sales associate Jessica reached out to apologize and try to make things right as much as she could. I appreciate that greatly. However, I wish the company reflected the same level of customer care and appreciation as well. I can not recommend Sleep Number to anyone especially to my fellow service members past and present who have served.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Initially I would have given the store 5 stars, but the sale transaction and after the sale is where things fell apart for me. Everything from the presentation of the different beds to the knowledge of the sleep number products were very well. We worked with Jessica mainly along with Matt over a few visits. They answered all of our questions and followed up frequently. However, when it came to the transaction that is when things kind of shifted from my perspective. There was a coupon that we received, but there were several problems with the system to where the coupon would not apply. We were there for quite a while, but the sales agent said we could leave and they would continue working on the issue and we could either come back into the store complete the sale, or complete the sale via telephone. We went out to complete some errands and came back to complete the sale. During this time, we also asked if Sleep Number offered a military discount? The sales agent we worked with to finalize the transaction told us that all we have to do is contact customer care and they will apply the discount. Well, with that information we went ahead and decided to purchase the bed with the confirmation that we could contact customer care. Well, we went home the next day and called customer care. We had to wait for a call back which was about 3 hours and customer care told us that "..there isn't a code for a military discount. Thank you for your purchase". We then contacted our sales agent via text to explain what happened and they said they would follow up with the corporate office to find out what could be the issue. Well, after reaching back out to the sales agent(s) and waiting for a reply, they responded that there will not be another military discount until Memorial Day.This is unacceptable. I feel that we were baited on completing the transaction by being told what they assumed what we wanted to hear to complete the transaction. I would have purchased the bed regardless of the discount, but the lack of follow-up and follow through by the store personnel and customer care makes it very hard for me to recommend this business and Sleep Number as a whole. I understand that mistakes can be made and you can have the wrong information, but OWN IT! At least follow through with your customers. That goes a lot longer than giving lackluster responses!

AWFULL SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY, EVER!! Purchased a Sleep Number mattress 2 1/2 years ago and the pump went bad in early June. Called the Customer Service number and they wanted to charge me $100 for someone to come out a week later. They told me it will be faster if they diagnose over the phone. We'll, they made the wrong diagnosis and made me purchase the air chamber (all sales are final and non refundable). They also wanted to charge me for a technician to come out and install. Once they came to my home they told me it's the air pump, not the air chamber. They ordered it for me and promised it will be delivered overnight. Four days later the pump has not even shipped. It's June 19 , I am in my 3rd week without a mattress and sleeping on the couch. TERRIBLE!!! Their customer service reps have no training and no empathy. All they do is to ask for money. They don't even try to apologize. This company charges a premium for their products and cannot service them!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
