Other staff members like Matt, Dee, and David also received high marks for their personable, professional, and helpful attitudes. Customers had an overall "fabulous experience" and "amazing" customer service at the Sleep Number store. The process of selecting the right mattress was lengthy but the staff were honest in their recommendations. One customer was so impressed that they plan to refer everyone they know to the store. Across the board, the Sleep Number team provided an unbelievable deal and top-notch customer experience.
Had an excellent experience with the staff in the Vernon Hills store over two visits. They were open and transparent when we had questions and seemed to want us to get the most sleep and financial value from our purchase. Our mattress (P6) won’t be delivered for a while but we look forward to the rest once it’s setup.
