Glenn and were attentive and thorough. He spent a great deal of time to work out the issue with a new phone that I regrettably bought from an authorized dealer (instead of a corporate store). Answered all of my questions and displayed patience, professionalism, - all the things you want from a team member.

That was the 4th store we went to with the SIM card issue. Jayden was able to fix the issue in no time (we spent at least 6 hours before the visit with help desk and other stores). Definitely recommend!!!

On June 2nd, I went to this this with a problem that we were having with a Samsung S24 phone we purchased from this store. I was put on a waiting list and told when they were available they would send me a text. This is a decent enough idea as I could go about other business in the meantime. They send me a text stating to get back to the store within 10 minutes for the next available associate. All good. I get back to the store and proceed to wait another hour and a half until someone was available. This should have been my first warning of all the problems that I was about to have with this store and Verizon Wireless and their extremely poor customer service. I meet with their associate, Glenn, who surveys the situation and starts looking through his tablet. Its getting close to closing time and he tells me that I am at the last day of the 30 day return for a new phone if there is a problem with mine. They allegedly did not have any devices in stock at the time. So he gave me a Verizon loyalty number to call to get a new replacement device sent out for the defective one. I contact loyalty and was on the phone with them for over 2 hours for them to tell me that, no, I was not within the 30 day window. Now it is apparent that this store straight up lied to me after all of that. Over the course of the next week I am arguing with multiple customer service reps and tech assistance reps over the fact I was told by a Verizon representative that I was due a new replacement! I reluctantly caved and received a refurbished phone. It did not work. The ESIM was unable to be transferred over. This was another 3-4 hours on the phone trying to get that to work. At the end of that ordeal, the tech assistance rep ponders why I received a refurbished unit in the first place and that I should of received a new unit! He advised me to go back to the store, all of his notes were tied to my account and ask for a manager and get this sorted. They will provide me a new unit to replace the defective one. Kayla is the manager there, Instead of handling this escalated issue, she pawns me off with a different associate there and states she doesnt have any authority to replace a defective unit with a new one. The associate, whos name I cannot remember at the moment, tries to contact their helpdesk to take cate of this matter. Verizon would not honor what I was told by multiple associates regarding a new replacement. I was told I would get a unit send out again. I get confirmation of that replacement being sent out, and sure enough its the complete wrong phone. I escalate this issue with management in the Verizon call centers and they refused to assist any further. Technical Support could not figure out why the phone had problem nor could they get the ESIM figured out. What a disaster. Verizon and this store are thieves. They will gladly take your money, but don't come to them with any issues - you will not get serviced. More then likely you will hear a sea of lies.

I’ve never given a review for anything ever, but here we are. I noticed 1 by Melissa Beach from 6 months ago (around Nov 2023) & am feeling similarly. Verizon charged me 2X’s for my bill. After asking for help, my fiancé & I were spoken to & treated so unprofessionally, it was shocking & appalling. 2 employees acted like it was 1) no big deal & 2) as if it was MY fault THEY messed up. All I wanted was to pay my bill. So we were told we’d get that $ back between a few days to some undetermined amount of time. No apologies, nor ANY admittance of fault, as if it was our fault they messed up. A mngr appeared & he couldn’t have been more condescending and rude, as well as dismissive, telling me I “HAVE” to call my bank & have a nice day. Needless to say I was appalled & he just walked away. If you like to be disrespected & treated like a doormat, you’re in LUCK! THEY made a mistake & treated me like I did something wrong, all b/c I wanted THEM to fix a problem THEY caused. We didn’t catch his name, but the manager who was there Saturday morning on 03/30/2024 was a sorry excuse for a manager, tho he did manage to make us reconsider ever going back there. Now I know why there’re THAT many 1-star reviews

I visited the store on Saturday at 5:40pm (the store closes at 7pm). Waited for 20 min to be informed that employees are at lunch and they will be coming out shortly.

Someone had fraudulently accessed My Verizon account while I was at work today. So difficult to get a hold of a live person through the customer service number. Decided to go to the Verizon store. Spent an hour there and the problem was not fully fixed they told me I have to come back today or call one of three numbers which are all automated. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I called this store all because I wanted to know if they have the machine that let's you insert money in to it and pay your bill that way. It took such a long time just to speak to someone and I didn't even get the chance to talk to someone because I was waiting on hold almost half an hour. This is exactly why I stopped coming here in the first place who ever is running this place isdoing a TERRIBLE job. All that time wasted to one simple question and I didn't even get answer. DO BETTER.

Waited 40 min to get serviced, just so Sawyer could waste my time. He said that some lines could be upgraded and until I asked if plans would stay the same, only then he mentioned that some plans would have to change to more pricier plans, without providing details on that. I asked him to write things down for each line, but he didn't feel like doing so, not to mention that he kept yawning our entire conversation. What a waste of time. Hire someone who cares.

I went to the store thinking it would take a long time to get service. Karla the manager met us right away. She asked why we came and after telling her she explained our options and impacts which was very helpful. She estimated the wait time and happily it was less. The best part was she and one of the assistants Edwin went above and beyond assisting me by explaining features and functions on my phone and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this store under Karla's management.

The worst Verizon experience I have ever had. Have this store chance three times. Each time there was a problem. Wait time is always forever even if they’re one customer before you. They are not very attentive, polite. Much to improve for good customer service.
