“I would give Rusty's Home Center in Vienna, IL 10 stars if I could. We were traveling through and had a large amount of water coming into the passenger side floorboard. Eight hours into a 12 hour trip. It was 4:30 PM on a Friday. Everything was about to close. We googled the problem and found a video showing that the drain plug gets clogged and could be fixed by loosening the clamp and sliding something down the drain line to open it. Ken and John were there when I walked in and explained the problem. They figured out what I needed, helped me complete the task, and gave me a pair of pliers to adjust the clamp to reattach the drain line once cleared. They didn't charge me for the material used to clear out the drain line. Or for the pliers. When I tried to pay for the materials, they wouldn't accept any money and told me to pay it forward and bless someone else! It's part of their ethos as a business. They even offered my kids popcorn while I worked on the project! I haven't had an experience like this before. It's so wonderful to receive help from people who have a passion for helping others.
