I just had a question about my car non service related and they transferred me to five different people all had no clue what I was talking about... ONSTAR. Place is a joke.

Castle never helped with the tire blow out charge or anything else for that matter. I still have my Malibu but all that "Free" crap was just a big fat lie. Remember- if it sounds to good to be true, it is. Stay away from these guys. I have my car serviced at another dealership now.

My service advisor Dan has been invaluable in keeping my 2005 Car running without breaking the bank. I just had someone knock my driver's side mirror off and they helped me with an aftermarket part and reasonable labor cost. Great service and follow up!
