I was treated like crap, like my business didn't matter. I would give negative stars if I could. General Manager Michael would not come out and talk to me, he wouldn't even honor the KBB instant cash offer, and The guy I dealt with, wouldn't even look at the offer and when I told them they should at least honor the KBB offer, he said "we don't have to honor anything". I am talking about the INSTANT CASH OFFER that is supposed to be honored by participating dealers!!They just wanted me to go or discourage me from selling them my car or saw that I was desperate and take advantage, who knows but they made me feel like shit, like my business didn't matter to them. So, I don't know if Michael was in a bad mood or what but he could've at least had the decency to talk to me, and at least give me a chance to plead my case. The guy I dealt with didn't care, his attitude was either take it or leave it but were not moving up to match the KBB offerCarla, the internet sales person will tell you whatever it takes to get you there. She said they needed inventory cause their Dealer Group purchased 3 new stores so they're currently offering above market value so they could expand their inventory. Such BS, cause once there, the guy looked at me like I was crazy. This is not right! I am livid that peole like this GM and everyone else involved get to treat you like this cause they feel like they have the upper hand when you are trying to sell your car and not give it to them for their low ball prices Life goes round and round, today you may be at the top, but tomorrow you might be at the very bottom, don't step on people or kick them while they're down

Beware of this dealer. Bought a Nissan Sentra with 40k miles and before even putting on 20k miles I've had to replace both control arms and ball joints as well as the transmission. Over $8,000 I've put into this car. Won't help with any costs or anything. Completely unheard of. Don't buy here because you will most likely be stuck with a lemon like me.

Beware of the "YO-YO scam" A yo-yo scam occurs when a consumer is led to believe, through acts or omissions by a car dealer providing financing, that the loan financing is final when in fact the dealer has not finalized the financing at all. This practice is known as spot financing. It's a common method dealers use to get you to buy a car. But for less-legit lenders, it can be used to manipulate the buyer through a "yo-yo financing scam." A dealer who never intended to give you the offered annual percentage rate could claim that financing fell through. In the yo-yo scam, the dealer allows the customer to leave the lot on a spot delivery but pulls the consumer back to the dealer like a yo-yo on a string. The consumer is then pressured to sign a new finance contract with worse terms or surrender the vehicle WITHOUT retuning your down payment. These crooks must be STOPPED! How do you sleep at night KNOWING you're scamming innocent people? May God have mercy on their souls!!!!

5 STAR Service!I was in the market for a 2024 Trax Activ model. Called several dealerships and actually visited one, went through the process & was about to buy until Castle Chevy called me with a great deal. They beat the competition by$1000. Ulises and as well as the other staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new car and would recommend them if you want a fair deal without being taken advantage of.

Yesterday, I got a Kelley Blue Book estimate on the value of my car. I spoke to Tyler yesterday and I met with Isaac today. Both gentleman were a pleasure to work with.Today, I met with Isaac, my car was inspected and Isaac told me they agreed to the price. I signed the paperwork and they drove me home. The process was quick and seamless. Based on my experience, I highly recommend selling your car to Castle as long as you honestly depict the condition of your car when KBB provides you with an estimate.

Castle never helped with the tire blow out charge or anything else for that matter. I still have my Malibu but all that "Free" crap was just a big fat lie. Remember- if it sounds to good to be true, it is. Stay away from these guys. I have my car serviced at another dealership now.

Terrible service and/or customer service. This dealer is a prime example why customers tend to look at anybody in this industry as thieves. This dealer buys out my dealer where I originally purchased my vehicle, then tells me, "they don't have any old service records or agreements" Furthermore, honoring contracts, "is not how they do business" Didn't respect him enough to remember his name, but the service department seems to be tainted by the foul leadership of the service manager. At least introduce yourself, before you give me a near $1000 quote for something I had a mechanic fix for $80. It's a shame when such giant corps like this, blatantly take advantage of people, don't care, and/or won't be held accountable. I'd go anywhere else

My service advisor Dan has been invaluable in keeping my 2005 Car running without breaking the bank. I just had someone knock my driver's side mirror off and they helped me with an aftermarket part and reasonable labor cost. Great service and follow up!

We recently needed to have work done on our 2018 Chevy Traverse. We took it to the Castle Chevrolet Service Dept. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Due to a family member with significant health issues it is very difficult to be down a car. We explained the situation to Dan and Patrick at Castle and they came through for us! 5 Stars!

My wife and I traveled with our kids from Kentucky to purchase a used Odyssey a couple of months ago. The market has been very tight on this particular year and trim, and I had been looking in excess of 6 months for the perfect example, so finding the right one was worth the drive.Daniel was extremely professional, courteous, and welcoming to my entire family. Before making the drive, he sent detailed photos and videos of the van, so we could make an informed decision before making the 8 hour drive. The vehicle looked even better in person. The description of condition matched what was on their website. It drove perfectly. I was particularly impressed with their detailing. This van was Extremely clean upon delivery. Two months in and this was definitely a good buy. The van needed a couple of maintenance items and new tires to get it to 100% Honda standards, but with any used vehicle this should be expected. I expect this vehicle to go at least 400k miles. The original owner of this vehicle took exceptionally good care of it, so we are fortunate for that.As a side note, I was slightly disappointed with the trade offer of $500 made on our 2007 CR-V. It was quite the trek back with two vehicles, two kids, and while my wife was pregnant. But I was able to sell the vehicle for $7000 locally, so the exhausting trip was worth it. At the end of the day, business is business and I don’t hold this against them.

The Sell Center was FANTASTIC. A representative from their office called me, Bailey, she was absolutely wonderful. I told her which car we were interested in and she set up the entire appointment. She made sure someone knew who we were, and what we wanted when we walked in the door. She even kept us up to speed on the availability of the car up to moment we were half way to the dealer! Whether you’re looking to sell or trade your car, I highly recommend Castle Buy Center services. And if you get to work with Bailey - you’ll be highly professional and trustworthy hands ?

A week ago they valued my car at 7k a week later at 4k.Never do business with them. Most dishonest and disengenous people.Edit: when the car was valued higher, it was the same manager who appraised the car. Additionally there was no mention of kbb when it was done.
