“I’m collaborating with a Halloween display in Bensenville and need to print some posters, so I contacted the UPS store. As I’m far away from Bensenville, I could only contact them via email. The staff (especially Angela) are really nice and patient, and shared with me a lot of the information I needed. The printing process is also speedy and of high quality. Definitely a perfect score of 100 out of 100.”

“We had some fragile kitchen equipment delivered that we were not able to bring into the building and unload ourselves. We needed immediate help, and Custom Packing, Crating and Logistics customer service was excellent - they responded very promptly and a team was on site in no time. The crew was able to effectively and carefully get the equipment in and unpacked safely. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely use again in the future!”
“I called EFW one day before delivery to get a smaller delivery window. They phone operator was very courteous, polite, and knowledgable. On the day of delivery, the driver called ahead of time to make sure the delivery was expected. The driver also called after delivery to make sure everything was handled correctly.”

“When it came time to move a family member from a house into an apartment, based on my personal past experiences, my first and only call was to Hollander. This move could not have gone better. This was the last in a series of moves, and included items that came from both storage and from temporary housing, so it was a big move. The new apartment building did not make it easy for the movers, but this crew really rolled with the punches, got it done, and went above and beyond. They were also very helpful when it came to moving things around to help us choose items that were going to stay in the apartment and items that were going to go back into storage. Marcus H, Alex P, Simon, S and Paul M were all terrific, worked well together, and were very accommodating. I’m sure it was a very long day for all of them, but they never let on, and they truly went above and beyond. I will continue to highly recommend Hollander to friends, family, and clients.”

“Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. “We had Navis deliver a near 500lb incubator to my laboratory in Downers Grove. They were extremely professional in all matters of communication before and during the delivery. These guys handled a difficult job very well, went above and beyond for our company, and managed to do it all without a single scratch on the incubator, walls, floors, etc. I would trust these guys to deliver ANYTHING.”

“I had a large heavy item that I needed to return. I searched for a UPS location and found this UPS Access Point conveniently located in Villa Park.When I dropped off my package, they were very accommodating, they could see me struggling with the box in the parking lot, a nice employee opened and held the door for me and pointed me right to the UPS desk in the back.When I got there, a nice young man took care of all the shipping details and even attached the label correctly for sending out my return.Also the Ace Hardware store was clean and well stocked, so I will be back to shop there as well.Five stars for both!”
