I just left there again as I had my mother's ring remade into a mother and grandmothers ring. We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. The woman who initially helped me when I dropped off my rings was also incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, but she made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the entire experience.
Liz was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain exactly what to expect during the appraisal, walked me through the insurance process, and reviewed both the insurance policy process and the in-house care plans they offer. She was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and gave me complete peace of mind.
While I was there, my sister and I also looked at necklaces. Lizzie and Alyssa were both so patient, helpful, and fun to work with. They helped my sister narrow down the details for a customized necklace, helped me pick out a few pieces, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
Everyone on the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Their jewelry is absolutely stunning, the quality is exceptional, and the pricing is very fair. It’s easy to see why they have such a great reputation.

“I brought in an antique wind up Clock that my father brought back from Germany after World War II. It was not working, the wooden and brass case were dull and dusty. I decided to bring it to be rejuvenated to the
Chicago. Clock company did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of how precious this item was to me and treated it very carefully. I got it back sooner than expected and it’s in beautiful working condition and the wooden and brass case are cleaned up and shined up and it’s absolutely stunning. I’m so proud to have my family heirloom back and now I know it’s something that will definitely be passed on through generations.”

“I was looking for a certain retired bracelet about a month ago and contacted the Store Manager, Jeannie, via the phone and she was of great assistance to me in keeping me informed as to when the bracelet would arrive at her location. This was a good month before it would be there. She promised to notify me as soon as it came in the store and followed up when it did arrive. Jeannie was wonderful in handling the entire transaction and taking the order over the phone as well as promptly shipping it out to me in a very well packaged manner. I can't say enough on how she provided excellent customer service and efficiency! She made this a very simple and smooth transaction for me.”
