“This was my first experience with having auto body repairs and it could not have gone better. My brand new car was damaged on the rear bumper and back panels when another car rolled into it at the carwash. It was subtle damage, but there was quite a bit of of it. I picked it up after about a week, and I'm happy to say that it looks amazing--just like the day I got it! I could not have been more relieved when I saw the beautiful, like new again, condition of my car. Thank you to Rob, Lillian and the other technicians who may have worked on my car. “Had the best experience working with Rick at Pepper Auto Body! My teen son had hit some ice and slid into a tree, causing significant damage to the front end of his car, including the headlights. I had an estimate from another shop nearby but they couldn’t even start the work on the car for another MONTH! They also said the estimate could very well be more because “you never know what we may find later”. Ugh- left me with a bad feeling. I left that shop and drove 2 blocks to Pepper Auto Body. Rick greeted me and was nothing but kind, professional, and upfront. Being a female, I’ve certainly been to auto shops where I feel I’m being taken advantage of just because the staff think they can. But Rick was awesome- treated me with respect, put my mind at ease, told me exactly what needed to be done, told me the cost up front, and best of all- got us in the very next week!! We dropped it off on a Tues and it was ready on Fri!! And side note- the total cost came in a THIRD of the estimate I got at the neighboring repair shop I went to first. I would definitely recommend Rick and Pepper Auto Body to anyone needing fair, professional work done on their cars, and if the need arises, we will definitely use them in the future!”

“My vehicle needed some front bumper repair after it getting scrapped in the city. After calling around LITH, A&E had the best pricing by far. Andrew & his staff did excellent work on the front bumper, and were able to repair other blemeshes as well while keeping the total less than originally quoted.”
“I had just recently paid off my Mazda 3 which had never been in an accident in all of its 10 years of existence until a couple weeks ago. A lady struck me on the driver's side wheel well and front bumper trying to get around me so she could sneak into the turn Lanes illegally crossing over the yellow lines. I was devastated because I had just paid off this car and it is one of those beautiful bright red metallic Mazdas that really stand out on the road. All the more surprising she missed seeing me and hit me. But that's another story.
As the other driver was at fault, their insurance recommended I take the car to caliber collision. I was not disappointed. They took my concerns seriously and how devastated I was about the damage to my car after 10 years of a perfect driving record with no accidents. Because of his unique color I was concerned that they might not be able to match that color.
I was happily wrong! Not only did they do so, they also improvedthe external appearance of the entire car with buffing and waxing restoring the car to its former luster. They even cleaned vacuumed and polished the inside of the car to the point where it looked like I had just gotten it out of a showroom.”

The repairs were originally projected by the insurance company at only $1500 and after Louie’s assistance, the insurance company was forced to pay almost $12,000 in repairs on my wife’s brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. They were so kind and comforting throughout the whole ordeal and even gave us a free rental car to drive while the repairs and the mediation were going on. “There’s no words to explain my immense gratitude towards Chris and his team. I’m sure my accident, and timeline it took to have the claim processed was one for the books. Chris from the beginning, took the time to explain in detail, what to do and how to move forward regarding costs and insurance. Let’s just say the at-fault party’s insurance was trying to short me over $10,000 on a huge claim. We won, with some help, and had them pay out all original OEM parts and had my vehicle fixed to its original state. Just how every vehicle should be repaired. From start to finish, my claim took about six months and Rainbow made sure to communicate every step of the way. This whole situation was a huge headache, but Chris having the professionalism and knowledge of an attorney, made this process more at ease. I highly encourage this shop to anyone who is considering having any sort of repairs done to their vehicle. With doing lots of research and narrowing down my shop of choice, an “insurance preferred” shop is never the route to take. If myself, or any of my friends or family were to ever experience another accident (I hope never), I will be sure of only taking our vehicles to Rainbow. My RT looks brand new again!
