“Because I have limited experience with auto body shops I wasn't sure what to expect. I leaned heavily on reviews such as this one. I made an excellent choice with Platinum Auto Body in Volo. Rob and Lillian could not have made me more comfortable with the process short of chamomile tea and a foot rub. They walked me through the steps and kept me informed the whole time. I was expecting three or four weeks, they finished the repairs and returned my car spotless and perfect in 7 days. In a perfect world I will never need an auto body shop again but that is not the world we live in and these people will be my first call and I recommend they are your first call.”

“I’ve slept in the parking lot of many of the finest hotrod shops across the country, and this is by far one of the nicest.The tour guide Phil was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the shop, and I must say it’s a marvel of modern hotrod manufacturing.Now for the most important part the toilet paper in the bathroom was soft but not too soft, and didn’t have any of those cheap fake perfumes.Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality would definitely sleep in this parking lot again……5 stars”

“EditEd from caliber collision reached out to me Monday March 11th about my dissatisfaction of the paint and overspray on my car. I stopped by March 12th to show him the problem areas, and was reassured that they could take care of said issues in the paint in a day. I dropped the car off March 13th at 4:50 pm, I received a call the next day March 14th at 5:00 pm telling me my car was ready. I told him that I would be picking my car up Friday March 15th, I picked it up at around 12:10 pm looked at the the paint and door jambs and was satisfied that they resolved the initial problems I had and got it done when he said they can get it done. I am happy Ed reached out and wanted to work with me to resolve my issues with the paint and overspray.I chose this shop as it was one that worked with the insurance I was filing a claim with after a car accident I had that happened in January 2024. I dropped the car off February 20th for them to do the estimate and it remained there. On February 28th I was notified the repairs were started. On March 6th I got I call that my car would be ready Friday, March 8th. I picked my car up Friday March 8th around 4:50 pm, it was raining and cloudy so I wasn’t able to see the quality of the paint job or work until today (Saturday March 9th). Now as I look at the quality of the repairs done ,I am feeling dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship. Right off the bat, I noticed the paint has an orange peel texture to it that is very visible up close. I also noted a piece of debris in the paint that sticks out. I can see on the door jambs very visible over spray, one section even has the sanding marks and a prominent clear coat over spray line that can be felt and seen.I will be updating my review once I contact and discuss with the shop about the quality of work I was left with.”

“In the last year my family has had 3 vehicles that had to go to Belknap. Unfortunately all 3 were totalled but John went above and beyond for us. He stayed in contact with what was going on with the insurance companies and cleaned out our cars for us when it came time. He explained why the insurance companies decided that the vehicles were totaled and showed us the pictures of the damage that was not repairable due to cost.”

“Jimmy doesn't know this, but I am President of his Fan Club. After talking out a few deer with my convertible Sebring, I was Blessed To Find Him And His Business. I will Never Go Anywhere Else, in my Opinion, He Is The Best. I drove a semi over the road the last 26yrs, never hit a deer, I move up here from Wheeling and smack into 3 of them cuz there in a hurry for sex, who knew? I never know when it's mating season till I hit one, then they have the nerve to give me the Stink Eye as they run away, meanwhile my car looks like someone beat the snot out of it. I never seem to really hurt them. It feels like hitting A tree, and it Sucks!!!”

“Great work done by great people. It's so hard to find decent, honest people who work with cars in any capacity nowadays, but these guys are just that. Had the back end of my car smashed up, and a bunch of hidden damage was uncovered. A lot of shops probably would have turned me down, and my claim would have likely been dropped. They really came through, and you would never guess I'd been hit. I'd direct anybody who needs/wants body work done here. It'll definitely be my go-to spot if I ever get hit again.Services: Painting”
