He helped the Combined Veterans of McHenry out last year and donated one day Phone service for the Sailors Thanksgiving hosted by the VFW. You put a lot of smiles on Sailors faces that day.”

“This has been the best T-Mobile location/provider location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had the strangest issues going on with my phone, but Michael , the store manager not only helped me to resolve a very complicated issue but stuck through it to the resolution which came a few days later and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. If you need anything from T-Mobile, I highly recommend this store!”

“I was having the worst time setting up my new device. Extremely irritating how these devices need to be set up. I was so over trying to speak to someone over the phone I went into the Verizon Mchenry location was greeted right away and he definitely seen my frustration. He got my phone all set up within 10 mins I was out of there. Really wished I remembered his name I think it was James but unsure. Anyways whoever this lovey man is deserves some praise. I was ready to completely switch phone services because of this. But because this man was so great I have decided to keep paying the ridiculous price we pay to be sure we continue to receive this type of service.”

“Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far. Thanks, Matt!”

“Eric the business representative/ Dan the store manger were AWESOME!!! I was in tru store yesterday for about 8 hours trying to switch from Xfinity mobile back to Verizon, what a total disaster, 8 hours worth. NONE Of this was either one of thier faults, it was all Xfinity and how incompetent they are, NEVER go to Xfinity unless you want to be treated like total garbage!!

These guys stuck with the whole process, again 8 hours it took them to get the problem Xfinity created, almost 8 hours of being on the phone with support getting disconnected having to call back multiple times and to get disconnected again finally got everything resolved and transferred back to Verizon 8 hours later. The patience and professionalism these guys had were incredible I had lost my patience with the whole thing 1 hour into all this, again NEITHER ONE THESE GUYS FAULT.

I usually DO NOT leave reviews, but I do own an insurance agency and I know when it’s time to leave one and these guys need to be recognized for all the hard work and hours and hours they spent on this for me in between a very busy day they had this day, again I know i was there for a full work shift pretty much lol.

Shout out again to these guys at the LZ Verizon!!

Thanks guys!! Will be back in soon for a possible upgrade.”
