Travis took his time in fixing my nightmare of a dilemma, made me feel comfortable during the wait, and gave me a 5 star experience.. if you’re ever hesitant on choosing a location I’d drive a little extra to come in here. “when it comes to municipalities - you have to call DLS - they are familiar with working with Government facilities and overall save tax payers by cutting costs significantly for old phone systems!
the Village of Union has cut costs as well as saved money by using the phone system to offer better service to our community!”

“I went to T-Mobile to have my new work phone activated and transfer all contacts,
my company sent me there to do this.
I arrived first thing on a Saturday, the door was opened by the associate which later I learned her name was Marium R.
I asked her if she could transfer everything and activate she said she would be able to do while I wait, we sit down at the table and she proceeded to activate and transfered all the info, while doing that, she was very friendly talkative and very nice once everything was done, I asked if she could also setup my call forwarding, she said no problem and it was done i need to add that I bought a case and a screen protector which she installed for me. Marium was awesome , very professional , very friendly , and a real joy to talk with. Because of this service that I received from her I will be opening a T-Mobile account when it's time, the provider I use for my personal phone now for 5-7 years has Never provided, last year I went in to buy a new phone all they did was activate with my same number and gave me instructions on how to do it all myself which took me two days, Never Again will I ever use them. All Thanks goes to the service I received from Marium last

“I have been with this location for a long time. And I have to say I was not always the professional one. But Everyone especially Vic stayed professional and helped me out a lot. Not only that. He helped the Combined Veterans of McHenry out last year and donated one day Phone service for the Sailors Thanksgiving hosted by the VFW. You put a lot of smiles on Sailors faces that day.”
“My experience today with this store was awesome! I’ve recently had some operations so walk with a cane. I had three pieces of Comcast equipment to return which was pretty heavy in a large bag. They saw me approaching the store and literally ran to open both entrance doors for me. They took the bag and offered me to just sit and they would take care of everything which they quickly did, informed me I was given credit for each and gave me a receipt. GREAT Store! 5 Stars!”

T-Mobile is also just cheaper around here and I highly recommend you checking them out if you need a new phone or provider. (also to add, I don't do reviews often at all, This should be telling.)”
