“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”
“Took my van to him 2021 Chevy 2 1/2 ton With a problem with shifting, I had the transmission rebuilt, and these guys figured out that I needed a new timing chain. Now I don’t have any problems shifting they took their time took my calls I was and to get it done. But they did the cleanest job found the problem with the timing chain had to express a part overnight because no one had the sprocket around here. It was a big job. I also had a drop the oil pan and put a new part in there. That always goes bad. Put everything back together cleaned the engine with the degreaser. I have no leaks. I recommend these guys to the highest they told me the price and they were right on. I wish I wouldn’t have been so on top of them to get it done, but that’s my livelihood these guys took care of me with the utmost respect anyone who would need work on their car I recommend these guys highly”

“This is a great dealership, and I don't use that word lightly. I found a used car online and put a deposit on it. I drove up from St. Louis to purchase this car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by about a dozen friendly faces, one of them was my salesman, Alfredo Miranda. Alfredo took me to his desk where we talked about the vehicle. I told him I seen plenty of pictures online and knew the vehicle well and I really just wanted to complete the deal so I could head back to St. Louis. He promptly grabbed my a water, took my information, invited me to look at the car as it was already in their prep area. He then led me to their waiting room routinely checking to see if I needed anything. Next thing I knew, an 1 or so later, I was in the finance manager's office signing papers. Alfredo seen me through the whole experience while also making sure my car whats ready to roll when paperwork was complete. The was by far the best AND quickest service I have ever received when punching a vehicle. My next vehicle purchase will defiantly go through Lynch and hopefully Alfredo.”

“Was taking family members to O'Hare to catch a flight. 40 miles from airport and 100 miles from home, the oil pressure light came on in my 2002 Volkswagon Eurovan. Googled and called Sunset and spoke to Armando. He said bring it in and he will look at ASAP. Mechanic Joe diagnosed the problem. Oil pressure was OK, but the sensor is bad. They would have to order part, which my time frame did not allow. Armando said it is fine to drive, replace the sensor when you get back home. Was back on the road in 20 minutes. If you are looking for auto service to be done in the Waukegan area, give Sunset a call. Armando, Joe, and Nani.....lady at front desk were absolutely awesome. Good honest people. “I totaled my driver's side door after inadvertently leaving my car in neutral in the garage while the door was open. The car rolled back, and the door clipped against the garage wall. Thankfully, no one was hurt, although my ego needed some attention.
I called Certified Auto Body and was immediately taken care of. Debbie, the owner, had a tow truck out within the hour (the car was not fit to drive). They managed the insurance claims process for me and arranged a rental car for us before we left the shop. The prices were extremely fair, and we had our car back good as new within about a week. By far the best, smoothest, and most pleasant car experience – of any kind - I have had. These guys know what they are doing, and it shows. Highly recommend!”
