Started with an online inquiry and we texted and called, negotiated the deal and we went in and test drove the truck, they reviewed our trade and we then learned about the new truck’s features and then signed and left. Now that I have your attention, I would highly recommend Millhouse Auto Body. Brought my vehicle to them for a small chip repair and received a very, very reasonable estimate (which is rare these days so many people/business are trying to get every penny out the customer as they can). Anyways, I decided to try them out. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and got a call early that afternoon saying it was ready and that they had a very hard time matching the color (metallic gunmetal gray color) which I already knew was a going to be a hard color to spot touch up for it to look 100%. Got back over to the shop and I would say it was 85-90% true to rest of the color. The only way to make it 100% would be to paint the entire door which would have been absurd for a 2x2mm chip. Started talking with the GM how much effort went into trying to figure out how to get it 100% and finally came to the conclusion that they can’t with such a small chip repair. Which I understand from my own experiences so I knew he was correct with what I was being told.
To say the least because Millhouse takes such pride in their workmanship and the fact they couldn’t get the chip repair 100% color matched the general manager refused to take any money from me. Who the hell does that in today’s world! I thought that was an incredible standup thing to do. Not many people are like that anymore.

“This is a great dealership, and I don't use that word lightly. I found a used car online and put a deposit on it. I drove up from St. Louis to purchase this car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by about a dozen friendly faces, one of them was my salesman, Alfredo Miranda. Alfredo took me to his desk where we talked about the vehicle. I told him I seen plenty of pictures online and knew the vehicle well and I really just wanted to complete the deal so I could head back to St. Louis. He promptly grabbed my a water, took my information, invited me to look at the car as it was already in their prep area. He then led me to their waiting room routinely checking to see if I needed anything. Next thing I knew, an 1 or so later, I was in the finance manager's office signing papers. Alfredo seen me through the whole experience while also making sure my car whats ready to roll when paperwork was complete. The was by far the best AND quickest service I have ever received when punching a vehicle. My next vehicle purchase will defiantly go through Lynch and hopefully Alfredo.”
“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”

“Charged 40% less--many hundreds of dollars--than I was quoted elsewhere for a recent repair (quality of the repair was great). This seems like a large, yet locally run, business, so they seem to do things more efficiently than smaller rinky dink shops. Customer service was good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the pack of cookies they give customers. I opened that right up and ate some before I even left the parking lot.”

“Keno's Collisiontek provides honest, communicative and affordable service. I have had several good experiences with them, and recently was looking for a used car. We brought in a car for them to look at, and they advised us that it would need a $500 repair to keep it running and it wasn't worth half as much as the list price. If Keno Collisiontek's fees for looking over a car weren't so reasonable, we probably would have bought that car and been out several thousand dollars in a short time. They offered advice on where to look for a better price and we decided on another car through a private dealer and brought it in for them to look at. We ended up saving close to $1000 on our used car and getting a more reliable car with their help. Everyone there from the mechanics to the man and woman behind the counter was polite and easy to talk to. They always answer my questions about repairs in a way that I (who has no knowledge of car mechanics) can understand and they never seem annoyed, even when I have a lot of questions. The service exceeds my expectations in every way.”

“They had what I needed for a reasonable price. I often give the customer service here, 5 stars, but 2 things took away from that.
My dude, J, at the reg was trying to give great service, jumping on the phone for, assistance, not just feeding us excuses.
The cashier, J, told the customer in front of me and the helper in the phone, we didn't have singles to give change. Too many retail places, are quickening the closing process by dropping change & bills early. I deserve the same customer service any time during hours. 2nd thing, cashier started network problems delayed transaction with loyalty program. Again, I'd still give you my loyal business, cuz I appreciate your wisdom & prices.
Sidenote: Google Maps suggested I go to O'Reilly's down the road, because their string online presence showed their hours... Idk. I came to my new, local AutoZone.”

“I went to Gillespie Ford in Gurnee on Grand Avenue earlier in the week. The salesman I talked to was Everado. He was able to get a car for us to try out on the ones we were interested in. Everado did an excellent job of explaining the features of the cars we tried out.
We were asked what other types of cars that we were interested in and what dealers we were going to next. We mentioned that we were interested in the Lincoln Aviator. Everado went and found a 2025 Reserve II used model with only a few miles on it. We test drove the Aviator and were very thankful that Everado found one for us to check out and test drive.
Any technical questions we had on the vehicles were answered by Everado. We enjoyed our time with him and highly recommend him to help you in your search.
