“These are good people—true stewards—not driven by money, but by a genuine desire to help others. I had a difficult situation recently. I rented a U-Haul for $40 to move a bedroom set for my in-law. The ground was wet, and the truck got stuck in the mud. When I called roadside assistance, I was told it would cost me $480 to get help. That news was devastating. Then, unexpectedly, God intervened. Out of nowhere, the daughter of the owner of The Shop Auto Repair and Services approached me and assured me that her father would help. I was hesitant and honestly shocked by such kindness. Within 10 minutes, her father and brother arrived. They assessed the situation, did the work, and pulled the truck out of the mud onto dry ground. When I tried to pay them, they refused. They said they were simply helping from the heart. This was more than assistance—it was a testimony. A reminder that true service still exists in our communities. I am deeply grateful to this family. As someone new to this city, this experience meant more than words can express. Thank you, The Shop Auto Repair and Services. David Groves and his associates (Mel) worked so very hard to meet me at my terms and get me the most beautiful car that I’ve ever had. You can go anywhere you want to buy a car but if you want to be well taken care of and have a sales team that will work endlessly for you then look no further than Monken Nissan”

The atmosphere is wonderful and he will treat you fairly plus he will be up front with and tell you what is exactly wrong with you vehicle, and give a heads up what to what it will cost you before the repairs are done. “Had to stop in at Yardley’s the other day, had some issues with my car and a check engine light that I could not figure out and instead of taking advantage my situation and charging me a ton of money, they decided to talk me through it and give me some good, sound advice on a potential fix to my issue which ended up being a recall/warranty fix anyways. I was exceptionally impressed by their transparency and professionalism. If I have any other troubles I would trust them to shoot me straight and take good care of me!”

“Had a great first experience at Monken. They did what they said they would do in the time they said it would take and kept me updated throughout the process. Recently moved to the area and looks like I found a good dealership for service. Thank you Chandler for taking care of my car and even offering to dig through my giant stack of service records so nothing gets duplicated. Thank You.”

“On a trip from Missouri to Tennessee my starter failed in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. AAA sent out Fox Elite towing where I was assisted by Dustin, the tow driver. After he called all local service locations, finding no immediate service appointments available, I put my full faith and trust in Dustin and we landed at Pennington Ford of Centralia... and I sure am glad we did. The service was polite, professional and prompt. They had me back on the road the first thing the following morning. So, here's a BIG SHOUT OUT to the EXCELLENT Service Department staff and crew. Thank You...I am so very grateful for your professionalism.”
